Three theatres were built in 1971, and in 1979 a fourth one was added. During the process of building, a worker was killed. Soon after construction was completed, many strange happenings were witnessed on the premises. The Paulding Light

Paulding, Michigan

After a train engineer was hit by a train, he still wonders the area in the form of a light. The light can instantly change colors, disappear and appear quickly, and change directions swiftly. Witnesses claim that it will react o the headlights of a car as well. Some accounts occurred during daylight hours under normal circumstances, with no apparent light-producing object nearby.

Preque Isle Lighthouse

Presque Isle, Michigan

The lighthouse was supposedly the scene of a fight between two men over one particularly lovely young lady. The woman�s lover one, leaving the lighthouse operator alone. The operator stayed in solitude and died after many years. Other operators of the light house have reported hearing someone walking up the stairs toward the light. After many years, the lighthouse was decommissioned and abandoned. Still, however, sailors have reported being able to see the light.

Midland Cinemas

Midland, Michigan

Many years ago, before the theater was built on this site, the land was used for farming. Supposedly, six people died on this farm for unknown reasons. The employees of the theater have reported paranormal activity throughout the building. Such activity includes toilets flushing on their own, strange noises, figures appearing in the theater seats after-hours, and the sighting of a tall man with a beard, wearing overalls.

The Bailey House

Lowell, Michigan

In this house, it is said that a woman killed her entire family and then hanged herself in the basement. One group reports that when they were touring the house a boarded up window in the downstairs suddenly cracked when they were in the upstairs. It was said that a cool breeze followed them around the house. Throughout the house, the stains of blood began to appear. An abandoned psychiatric center, this location is said to be haunted by several different apparitions. In the back parking lot, many have reported to see children playing�children from the 60�s. It Is said that if one drives by, they may see the image of an old man wearing a flannel shirt in one of the windows. Upon inspection, the man is said to slowly move away. Hidden behind several trees, the building appears to be illuminated at night.
