After completing a team-building ropes course, a resident advisor induced her death by overdosing on medication; she left the phone off the hook. Residents of this dorm allege that their telephones are taken off the hook during the middle of the night; the noise wakes them.

A pledge of the fraternity which uses this building died in 1967 in the basement, and supposedly has never left. Activities attributed to this entity include doors opening and closing, as well as lights turning on and off. People in the kitchen and basement have claimed that they have felt a presence near them.

Hart Cemetery

Konawa, Oklahoma, United States

This cemetery is said to be guard be a set of “demon horses.” These horses allegedly walk on air and have eyes of fire. In the rear portion of the cemetery is an old school house that dates back to the nineteenth century. Legend has it that the all the pupils of the school were killed in a horrible bus accident. It is said that at night one may hear children playing and talking, though nothing is there.

Guthrie’s School for boys was once a youth detention center, but is now abandoned. It is said that a dark figure now haunts the bell tower located in the center of the school.

During the Tulsa Race Riots, many African Americans were hanged here. It is said that if one takes his car to this road and put its in neutral, it will climb the hill. It is said that the people hanged during the riots are the force pushing the car.
