Bourbon House
In 1985 Cleveland resident lived in this in the house for 3 years and saw, as well as heard and felt many spooky things. Her young son actually had conversations with on of the ghosts, who, as they found out later, was the man who built the house. There is nothing weird about the history of the house other than it stayed in the same family from the time it was built untill it was bought by this resident. The builder, his wife, their daughter and her husband all died in the house of age/health-related problems. Incidentally, it is located right down the street from Franklin Castle, a notorious Cleveland home!
Thats scary, I used to live in Cleveland.

You know some people don’t appreciate the typical things in life such as ghost. But what I think is that ghost are here cause they are being punished sorta like hell. Ghost have not gone to heaven cause they did something aweful or unjust. I think what we call home that is between heaven and hell is actually right in hell and we touch base with it for a little when we experiance actual ghost incounters. Some people my not believe in ghost but believe me they are real. Something that you can not see but feel is sometimes a encounter you will never get, but it is true.

yeah im from cleveland to i lived in cleveland to i lived on monroe acrossed from the cemeteary and alot of other peoples houses where haunted believe me there are ghost in the world and you will some day find out that ghost are real

Im not sure if there are ghosts. It doesnt mean that they dont exist. Ive heard so many stories but I never actually seen one. There is something after we all die. Why cant there be ghosts?

to all you non believers the haunted house are real!i know i am living in one . i have stayed up mean nights listening to things that go bump in the night .and my son since he was old enough to talk, talking all night to someone that wasn’t there .i ran a day care out off my house for 9 years and listened to countless numbers of childern talk to the ghost,playing with them babies don’t lie.there not that bad my son now 17yrs old doesn’t mind them being around . haunted in Ohio

this is kind of a creepy story.. i witenessed this creature are this person i live with my parent to help them with my disabled brother but i am now 26 the first time i saw this figure i was 20 yrs old and the second time i was 23 yrs old but it was almost 3:00 in the morning i was just going to bed i laid down and just started to fall asleep when i heard this sound that i thought was a plastic store bag like the ones you would get from kroger are walmart well this being the first time i saw it i didn’t know my sister seen it a year before when she spent the night here to help my mom finish painting the kitchen but i heard the sound and i use to sleep with the bedroom door openntil after the second time i saw it but i heard the sound i rolled over from faceing the wall and i saw this big dark shadow figure of a man in the bedroom door way outline by the moon shine through the window int the room before you get to my room But I no much more then lifted my head up maybe an inch from my pillow itturned and ran down the stairs got 3 are 4 steps down and the noise stopped so i got up and went to investagate i turned every light in the house on and to my surprise nothing not a soul was awake are ine the house moveing but me. A year later the same thing had happened and i was telling my mom and dad the next day and they said wow u should tell your sister about it and an hour later my sister came to visit and i started telling her i got a sentence in and she finished my story for me and i’m not spooked easily but that was it or me and over the last few years i haven’t seen this anymore but i don’t sleep with my door open eitherand i have bell’s lined over the top of the door way also but other strange happen’s have gone on since my mother hearing slamming door while i was asleep thinking it was me yelling at me then it stopping and the thing that got me bigger in my venture’s of ghost hunting was when me, and my mother was sitting in the living room watching t.v. and watching 3 pens go flying off from the middle of the coffee table in front of the couch one by one we talked about moveing out to somewhere else but we changed are minds i told them i can deal with the super natural if you all can and we have lived here for 6 yr’s now unexplained things have happened since then and we found out who was doing this and he is a ghost that act’s like a child so when this stuff start’s again we just say out loud charlston youre on a time out go to you’re room. and all the way up the stairs you hear stomping on the stairs then my bed room door slams shut and then the attic door close loudly, and friends that spend the night witeness this stuff and ask me how i can sleep in the room that leads to are ghost bedroom i simple tell them he minds his business i mind mine and if you open you’re mind to the so called unexplained anything is possible. And even more strangely his kid’s and wife playing out in the side yard at night that’s does’nt bother me hearing them but it scares the life out of my friend because they now the nearest neighbors with kids would have to drive to my house to play in are yard.

this didnt happen to me bt it happend to my grandma &grandpa they went to my aunts house in paulding county anyways the neighbors called them and told them their doughters house lights were on so they went over their and shut them all off then when they got outa the house all the lights came back on so they shut them off again then they came back on then they just said screw it and left them on then when they pulled out of the drive way they saw a spooky face and my aunt moved a week later they said that face was so scary they cant even explain it

I own the house and believe me, it is haunted, I have seen several of the previous residents roaming the halls. It is a great house.

Well thank goodness you never got all christian on us all! I used to be a devote catholic as a child…when I was old enough to think for myself and more importantly strong enough to not allow others to continue to force things on me I surrounded myself with lots of people who had many different views of the world from me. Man its interesting when you listen to what others have to say with an open mind.
Yeah I believe in ghosts, mainly because of some personal experiences, don’t mind if you call them angels though, it’s a nice way to remember my wife and daughter.
