No, Folks, this is not the former Clinton Valley site ! CVC aka “The Pontiac State Hospital” was located in Pontiac and was foolishly torn down by The State about 10 years ago. My Aunt Leona worked there as a secretary to the head psychologist back in about the 1930’s or 1940’s. I don’t recall the exact year. She never reported any ghostly activity there. However, she was the governess at The Dodge Estate in Rochester, and did report that place as badly haunted. An old friend of mine was a security guard at The Dodge Estate, and reported lots of odd stuff.
Any way, Clinton Valley had lots of underground tunnels. The tunnels were constructed to make transport of food and patients and staff easier, especially during bad weather. I wonder if they were destroyed during demolition ?
