Real Haunted Houses

Real Haunted House

Braemar Golf Course

Edina, Minnesota

It is said that this golf course is haunted by an apparition named Jim. It is said that when the land was cleared to build the course, a homeless black man was discovered. Soon the man died. Since that time, it has been said that balls go into holes and come back out. It is also said that sometimes balls will roll in a straight line and suddenly veer off suddenly to the right or left.

Well when I golfed there I hit the ball and it DID in fact roll into the hole. It came back out when I picked it up and later that afternoon my ball rolled to the right when the wind blew. I am so utterly creeped out right now, I feel like he is sitting right next to me pushing me back to the golf course to play with my balls, yet again!!!!!!

That is about THE stupidest-sounding, made-up-sounding unoriginal story I ever read! There aren’t even any details oh….except for the dead guy’s race.

My fiance’ and I went there and the only thing that happened is when he went to hit his balls my hole moved to the right! It was awesome and hilarious!

You want to talk about hitting balls? That hurts too much! Only time I want my balls being hit is when I make love to my fiance’! In that case, that’s when hitting your balls is good!

I have never golfed there, but hear it is beautiful. Perhaps some have not experiences paranormal, but who are they to call names and cast stones to those who say they have. Why not allow everyone the right to express their opinions, even if u don’t agree.

This is a very entertaining ghost story!!! I wish every bad round of golf could be explained by a ghost :D

A few times when I went to putt on the green, the ball went straight and then suddenly veered off to the left or to the right. However, there were breaks in the green. Sometimes they’re so subtle one doesn’t notice them until after the ball is struck. I’ve been a golfer my entire life, and having a ball break suddenly when there doesn’t appear to be a slope or break in the green, is not uncommon. One must also factor in wind, angle of the grass, and other outdoor conditions.

While I felt not paranormal activity or beings, it is still an entertaining story, and if you want to believe, feel free :D

Oh, sure, blame the black man for a bad day at golf (ha, ha). Yeah, I’m sure the black man did it. Good grief. Like the ghost of a dead black man wouldn’t rather be smoking crack or robbing a liquor store.
