Central City Cemetery
This cemetery holds the remains of a woman who was determined to be a witch by her peers. If one stands just a few yards from her grave, a green mist will surround the area. If the lighting is right, hundreds of maggots will cover the ground.

okay i’m confused to which cemetery is which… if you are coming from the New Central City parkway from I70 right before you enter the town you can turn left and go up that dirt hill and there is a cemetery looking over the city.. which one is that? and where are the others? we tried to go up last year to see the lady in black but couldn’t find the Masonic one.. I though it was up the mountain heading north through the town but the road was blocked with snow and couldn’t figure out if that was the right one.

Oh man I have been to a cemetary up there and I don’t know which one it is but there is a house next to it and the light always flickers. My sister has had her hood ripped of her head and I felt someone run up behind me. It is an awesome site we always experience orbs and other things. Awesome place!!!!!!!

Dan in boulder- you were at the masonic cemetery, you turned on to Nevada St and that is how you get to the Masonic. If you continue to go up Central City Parkway you will turn left of Lawrence which turns into Eureka and you take that to a dirt road and there will be a 3 way fork. To your right will be the Knights of Pythias, straight would be the Catholic and to the left is the odd fellows. All of which are creepy at night but the only thing I’ve heard are some sticks banging together and that was when I was at the odd fellows cemetery.

After visiting this mystical cemetery I dreamed of a little boy Tommy asking me to bring him a red ball. That started me thinking of all the children that died years ago and no one still thinks about them. So Stephen and I started to bring small toys whenever we visit Central City and Black Hawk. I have pictures of some of the children’s graves on my facebook page.

I live in Boulder and love spending time in that cemetery, especially in the Fall. What is the name on the woman’s grave?
