I am moving down the street from these apartments into a house made in 1911 I am looking forward to see if this house is haunted. Apparently there is a house close to the ball field that is haunted, so much to the point that a young woman and her infant left their lease 2 months early for no stated reasoning other then they felt ‘unsettled’ if anyone has any info on ghost sightings anywhere near there or on broadway ave homes. Please let me know.

I was of the three construction workers working late doing the interior steel framing in chester mannors most recent romodel. This remodel was the best experience ive ever had when it comes to dealing with the peranormal. Our company was there from start to finish and always the last ones off the work sight. When it got close to dark that is when things started to happen. Whispers in your ear, shadows fallowing you, a woman in a white dress like gown, a little girl i spotted fallowing you from about 10 feel, loud thuds ,and running up and down stairs it the attick. I have plenty to tell if you have and questions. Mind you all the stories you hear are probably true.

All I have to say is people spell check. It does work.

14yrs ago, i was staying at the top floor, chester terrace. after closing my eyes to pass out, i opened them suddenely to see a doctor ripping me from my bed. I was numb when i was thrown on the gurney, i was travelling along a spiral ramp going deeper into hell. as i went farther the walls started to change, roots started growing out of the walls as i hit the bottom floor. As i reached the bottom i felt rage and anger and as suddenlly as it it started it stopped and i was laying in my bed

This is dustin lawrence again, I was dating tammy when i first dealt with the supernatural powers. I was at the top of the stair case when i got a weird feeling. Tammy wanted me to to take out at the trash. as i looked down i got a weird feeling like i wasnt safe. a couple of nights later i was waiting next to the access door to the garage when i felt a cold sensation running down back. i heard my friend coming up the stairs when something passed by me, i looked down the hall but there was nothing

I used to live in chester apartments and i saw the spirit if a little girl om more than one occasion, it was enough to convine me that ghosts do exist.

My husband grew up in Bremerton. He said that when he was a teen, he and some of his friends went to Chester Apts. They brought along a Ouiji Board (Sp?) He said they got alot of action on that board, and they all ran out, scared! He will not go back there still to this day. WEll, of course, my daughter and I are now so interested in it after reading all the posts on here, so we drove past it on 09/21/2009 around 5 pm. We went around back and she hopped out of the car and took a brief look in on of the back windows that are blacked out on the south east side. All she noticed was a bunch of construction materials. We hope to drive by again and take a look inside. I thought it would be fun to go there on Holloween and trick or treat door to door. If I see or hear anything, I will update.

I visited friends here last october, ,its true the first week of october is the most activity of the poltergeist.
What seem to be a small framed woman followed me down the hallway, as I moved slower , she reached out and massaged my back while kissing my neck…..most frightning! But it was quite erotic.

i dance right across the street by that place i think its creepy to be dancing by that place but other people think its cool but its not

i know that building very well before when it was a hospital and then a nursing home then the apartments.

i was a patient there when i was a small child about 1949 or 1950

then i saw it as a nursing home when i applied for a job

then in the 1970’s i lived there moved away for awhile then a few years later moved back then in the 1990’s i again lived there i lived very near where you were talking about the place you are talking about is the old hospital morgue.

i am very sensitive to the presents of spirits.so its very strange i never heard or had seen anything there.but have in other places.

i think i was even born in that building in 1945.

as i remember there were four hospitals in bremerton one was on washington street not sure if a street or ave.but it was over looking the water next the old old harrison on chester then the harrison next to the old marion ave school which was built around 1953 the school not the hospital.the hospital was still a working hospital when i went to school there and lastly the new harrison over on manette spelling isn’t good sorry about that

This place is haunted I lived there in the early 90’s in apt 315, I had a large man in my apt. that would come down the hall at me and the elevator could be heard starting but it didn’t work at the time, a girl running down the hall. I didn’t know one person that lived there that couldn’t tell you a story!

I just moved into the Chester Terrace Apartment yesterday and I live in apartment 212. The first night I slept here was last night and I swear I heard a little girl giggle in my kitchen. It was hella scary.

Ya’ll sound ridiculious!!!! its low income meth infested place!!!! All you here is the drug addicts getting meth’d out!!! I will let anyone of you in to chase noises and act like morons!!!! I live here now and haven’t experienced anything but sooooo many ghetto *** people!!!!!

They ain’t got no ghosts up in here it’s just they roaches and they crack babies. It ain’t hainted wit nothin but dead beat baby daddies and welfare moms and they moms all on the meth that what they problem be. The whole place is a obamanation and need to be tore down. Maybe you all need to be brushing up on your writing and go back to school ( I go to olympic college) and stop worrying bout hainted hospitals and the projects full of roaches and meth and crack headded welfare moms. I stay over at the cottage bay now and its real nice and i aint afraid to bring nobody home cuz its real nice maybe thats what you ppl should do is get they familys out of that place and go somewheres nice and not have to be worrying wit all dat.
