I saw the house many many, years ago. I know it burned but sorry to hear it’s a dump now. Excuse me Peppy – you’re not saying that you believe the Texas Chainsaw Massacre was real are you? It was actually A STORY based on several serial killers, mainly Ed Gein, who did use the skin and body parts of his victims in many different ways.

This house does exist… I remember traveling crider to get to the colony Yes to me their was some strange about this house. 10,000 i don’t believe. their is a dump their now so maybe if their was any bodys they weren’t discovered…. THIS IS THE HOUSE WHERE THE FIRST TEXAS CHAIN SAW MASSACRE.

the story uses the word “allegedly”. that means nothing’s really been proven. i remember crider road. i vaguely remember the house. i’d heard this legend before. the legends probly started because ppl needed something to talk about and the house probly seemed mysterious enough to earn a rumor like that. they call them urban legends for a reason.

What a load. Even John Wayne Gacy and Ted Bundy combined couldn’t have killed 10,000 people and hidden them. Even burning the bodies, cutting them to pieces and throwing them to the wolves wouldn’t have done it. Unless Hitler and his unholies lived on Crider Road with gas chambers I wouldn’t believe this baloney.

I know people who went into this house, and if it was haunted, it left a lot of people alone. It was just a little 2-shory house built in the late 1800’s. I’ll look up some periodicals here and see if I can find any old history of the families that have lived there. The house doesn’t exist anymore, though. Sorry to disappoint you. It’s about 5 miles from my house.

The legend of that house is nothing but, for non belivers, but for thoughs that belive in the paranormal, that would be a holy grail of a find if there is any truth to this if ever it is found. I’m a beliver in the paranormal, if there is a place sutch as this, true fear would lye with in as well.
