It was just a little 2-shory house built in the late 1800's. I'll look up some periodicals here and see if I can find any old history of the families that have lived there. The street did exist. So many people would trespass and sneak into this home, that the road turned into a private driveway, as they built Josey lane next to it for thru traffic. Also-the house burned down because stupid pot smokers who were obsessed with hauntings would go in there and make mischief. It burned down around 2001 or 2002. This house did exist. I also remember Crider Rd as the only road that went South into Carrollton. I loved riding in the car and driving down it as a kid. It had this hill that made your stomach turn. Great memories! As for the house, it was just about as haunted as the old purple house on 423/Main St. No real activity went on, just an old, creepy house. If anyone has pictures I would love to see them!
