i haved lived in sidney most of my life, i was born here. and i have heard the story of cry baby bridge since i was little. i was told that a woman and her baby was goin over the bridge and crashed into it killing both of them. and it is told that at midnight you can hear the baby crying and see the mother looking for it. never heard of it doing anything to anyones car. but the mother is supposely all bloody and screaming for her baby. the bridge is located off riverroad crossing toward lockington.it was a covered bridge then and was closed for a while. they have tore it down and built a new one there but the ledgend still goes on. i have never seen these happenings but thats because i would never go there at midnight. but ive had family and friends go there and they all say the same thing, that they see the mother and hear the baby crying.so if your into that kindof stuff my sugestion is to go see for yourself and tell your own story of what you see.
