My brother said a girl was baby sitting three children one 12 another 7 and an 11 month old baby. They all went to sleep so she watched some tv then she heard a thud and ignored it then a seconed thud so she went to check on the kids the 12 year old was sleeping still then the 7 year old he wasnt there so she figured he had to go pee so she checked on the baby and there was a man eating the baby and the 7 year olds head was laying on the floor next to the man so she grabed the 12 year old and ran until she came to a bridge but the man was behind her with the baby still ALIVE in his hands screaming so she jumped off the bridge with the 12 year old boy and he followed behind her and threw the baby under the bridge and chased her till she triped and fell and he got her and the 12 year old ledgend has it that if you turned off your car at 12:00am you can hear the baby crying or the man on the bridge or the kids and the girl

All of you so far…..THE ONLY Crybaby Bridge in Ohio is in what is “affectionately” named Rouges Hollow…And all the stories thus far are wrong as well.. The Legend of Crybaby Bridge is an evil tale of deceit and infidelity… and ending in tragedy. The wife of a wealthy landowner/farmer had been unable, after 6 years of trying, to bare him a male child to inherit the family lands after he passed. In despair, the wife had went to see her husband’s friend’s wife, but found that she was not home…only her husband’s friend. He was intoxicated, and after many advances, decided to rape his friend’s wife. Nine months later, a girl-child was born to the couple, and everything was fine for the first 3 months. Rumors were started by the local sewing circle that she had sought “outside” assistance in becoming pregnant, and the rumors reached the ears of her husband, who himself had been being unfaithful on his loving wife. After dinner that same night, the husband proceeded to become drunk himself, and began the interrogation of his beloved on just how she had become pregnant. When she sobbingly confessed to her husband that she had been raped, he became enraged, feeling inadequate that he himself could not provide her children. he proceeded to accuse her of adultery, claiming he would kill the child. He left the dining room and headed to his study to retrieve his gun. The wife ran straight to the nursery, wrapped the girl in a blanket and fled out into the cold November night. she was headed to the town Sheriff to ask for help…as she passed over the bridge, she heard a gunshot behind her. She ran under the bridge to hide, fearing for her and her daughter’s life. The baby, being cold, began to cry. Her mother , fearing her husband covered the baby’s mouth. The child began to cry louder, and she could hear her husbands footsteps beginning to cross the bridge. he heard the child crying and followed the footprints under the bridge, and found them. He grabbed the child from her, and threw the child to the ground. The child fell out of the blanket and landed face first in the stream. He embraced his wife, holding the revolver to her head and told her that her and the ******* baby would die and that their bodies would never be found. He fired twice and her body fell to the ground. He walked over to the baby, picked her up, and spit in her face calling her a whore, and punched the 3 month old girl in the head as hard as he could. He then dropped to his knees, and held the baby under the water of the stream until the bubbles stopped. He let the child’s body float away, and returned home for his horse and cart to take his wife’s body home. He buried her behind their barn, and told the townspeople his wife had left him and taken the baby. But Guilt is a spiteful ghost, and two days later he shot himself. The body of the child was found by another farmer two counties over, and the truth was discovered. There is legend that you will hear the baby cry and that you will hear the gunshots..if your not too afraid to stand on the bridge on a dark night. just remember…that cold you feel…..may not be the weather….
