I’ve lived in Greene county my entire life and I have heard of a crybaby bridge outside of Xenia. The story I heard was that a mother and her baby were dirving during a storm and didnt realize the bridge was out. The car went over the side killing them both. Now you can hear a baby cry whenever ut rains. I have never seen a ghost but I do believe in spirits, and even if you dont you still must think it is fun or you wouldn’t be looking at this site anyway. Ghost stories just make life a little more interesting.

Brooke and Stacy it sounds to me like your the ones who have some growing up to do. Your comments had nothing to do with this website, and to be perfectly honest they were disgusting.

If you want somewhere cool to go to there’s a spot near Gunther Hill. There’s a true half way post there where spirits pass between this world and the next….none of this fake stuff…you seriously do have to be careful though because being the real deal if they become aware of you they can make an attempt to evict your spirit from your body meaning they can step into your body and have another shot at a life. Trust me, this world is more appealling than the next, so be careful.

Hey there is this story that my friends told me. anout how this insane mother threw her baby off a bridge because she wouldn’t stop crying. And they say that every night that you go there you hear it. And its true because i have tried it out on several occasions.

I beleive a lot of what u all r sayin. But someone did bring up a very good point.what r the odds of say 100 mothers all killin their babies by throwing them off a bridge? I think a lot of the crybaby bridges r fake, not all but some. There r just to many to b real. Where i live in Hancock co. we supposedly have one out by the resivor. I ‘ve been there many times & nothing has happened. There’s also another bridge out there where a motorcycle cop was beheaded by a piece of wire someone strung across the road. The stories the same ,stop on bridge ,flash lights see ghost. I never have & I’ve done it many times. I think people make up stories just to scare each other.Not that I don’t believe n ghost I lived with one for years as a teen. She was quite friendly too. I’m just sayin you can’t believe everything you hear. Good luck ghost hunting tho.
