my friends parents own this mansion they origionally were going to turn it in to a resturant but after the buzz about the haunting started going around they decided it may have been bad for business. his parents have since divorced and his mother recieved the estate in the divorce settelment, she is still undtermined what she will do with the mansion

The Cunard mansion is now part of the Wagner College campus located at 1 Campus Road (or Howard Avenue). The building is called Cunard Hall and as an alumn of Wagner, I took many classes in this building, but never noticed anything odd. I never heard rumors of anyone else experiencing unusual activity either. Regardless, if you want to see for yourself, park your car in West Lot on Howard Avenue and cross the street to enter the campus. You’ll walk around a large circular patch of grass (the “Oval”) and head left around a corner and down some stairs. Youll be facing the Student Union building. Make a right and walk straight ahead. When the path splits, go towards the right fork. You’ll pass a white building on your left, and ahead on the right will be Cunard Hall.
