Romeo and Juliet of the afterlife , written by the ghost of William Shakespeare. It does seem that the two lovers are having a good time in the afterlife. Good for them! They should be allowed to stay.

It is not BS --- My fiancee and I had lunch there this afternoon, and sensed someone there - we walked into one of the rooms, and there was a rush up both of our faces and a presence in the room. I sensed no anger, but rather good humor. Armando is there, and is rather a gentle soul, and a gentleman. He greeted me, and flirted with my fiancee.

After lunch, and as we walked past the Carlotta room, I tipped my hat, and the rush returned -- Armando wished us well, and I look forward to his company again. He is a true gentleman of the old school, and a pretty nice guy. FWIW, neither of us are "spring chickens," both in our mid-50's, and, while we are both sensitive to presences, we are also healthy skeptics... this was a lovely end to a lovely weekend.

Along with two business acquaintances, I had dinner and drinks at the Double Eagle one dark night late in 1974 when Robert O. Anderson still owned the restaurant. The bartender told tales of golden ceilings, rebuilt iron gates, breaking dishes, flying flatware, and a brave young man who died in the hacienda after being shot by Maximilian's soldiers in the plaza. Not satisfied with one ghost, the barman went on to tell us of an apparently imported apparition representing a deceased English nobleman. Ghost number two came along with two elegantly upholstered antique chairs that were purchased for the first restaurant remodel in the early 1970's. This wandering spirit only showed his upper half, hence the chairs showed wear only on the backs, not the seats. But hold on, there's more. We were also regaled with a tale of star-crossed lovers, and that appears to be the more recent owner's tale of choice. Three ghosts, one restaurant...such largess!

Me and one of my friends went to the restaurant she felt a cold breeze come up her back even though it was warm out side.
lilsip-we went to the kitchen and we saw something in the corner we thought it was our shadows but oddly there was only one,we then saw it pointing at us, suddenly as i remember it said "Leave!" at that point we ran out the door screaming.
