Gettysburg College: 60 Chambersburg St.
This building has been standing since the summer of 1863, but the section in which this particular apartment is located was added later. It is reported that the apartment is haunted by an inquisitive ghost named Chuck. Reportedly Chuck would whistle around the apartment for hours on end. Chuck is also said to turn electronic appliances on and off and once he even rewound the VCR to watch a humorous scene again. It is also reported that once Chuck lifted a womans hair off her shoulder and made it stand straight outon the other side of her head.

First of all, let me state that i am not a believer in the paranormal. That being said, I find it crude and rather ill-mannered that those who have posted skeptically are making light of the experiences of others and those who do believe.
Just because you havent witnessed something in person yourself does not mean it does not exist. If that where the case, alot of churches would be out of business.
Secondly, where is it stated that all if any apparitions are death bringing, drop dead scary entities??? I have read several accounts of light hearted and/or curious entities. Some of you people must have been spending way to much time watching gorey horrer films and that is your expectation of an apparition.
My girlfriend has encountered several apparitions. most of them pass by her without incedent. Does the fact that just becuase I personally havent seen them make her a liar?
If this post has offended anyone, then I say “fine”, becuase you are the ones that don’t understand the nature of the paranormal, and i dare say, you have little grip on reality. Stop beating on other’s beliefs unless you have rock solid proof to that contrary. When you do, please pass along your newfound wisdom.
