Ghost Road
About one hundred years ago a woman left her young son with a baby-sitter and when she returned, her home was ablaze. Frantically, she ran inside to try to find her son, but only found the baby-sitter. The woman searched the woods around her house for her baby. So overcome with grief was she, that the woman died of a heart attack. If one drives to Ghost Road and parks, he may see the woman–a whitish-blue light hiding behind trees. She may also be seen rocking in a chair in a field across the road.

Hey you guys should check out the other places in Chesterton. On the road that Ghost Road turns on to, right by the schools, there is a creepy old abandoned white house. It is right across the street from the fire department. Anyway I think it’s tresspassing to go inside but I did with my friends. It was so creepy. It was a while ago so we might have imagined it but we heard a moan then later footsteps. It was alot of fun.
