objects floating in mid-air!? sounds fake to me

This is such a typical “haunted” house objects in mid-air tvs mysteriously turning on. I have read about like the same thing in about 10 other books.

we think it’s all true stop making this **** up!

OMG! my house is like the exact same thing except for the mid air objects floating;; but the t.v turns off by itself and no image of a man has appeared in my house YET! although nail polish fell off a shlf once by itself i geuss thats almost like the same thing!

I will tell you a scary story. While lying on my sofa one afternoon flicking channels by remote control. Suddenly my remote was missing. I remained lying down but searched frantically with my hands all around me. Nothing. Finally I got up and searched the sofa. No remote. I found this really strange, since it was in my hand at all times. I could not figure it out. So I said the heck with it and I lay back on the sofa and resumed watching television. When I looked down the remote was lying on my stomach. It made my skin crawl, but I remained as calm as I could. Since I had no explanation for what just happened.

i use to live in rochester and we had a ghost in our house so who ever this i had a haunted house to!

Agreeing with katie-OBJECTS IN MID-AIR!!! COME ON,my old house is the haunted one.This is a true story.I was lying in her bed at night and i heard footsteps coming up the stairs and into my bedroom but nothing was there…except a strange figure… it totally creeped me out!

ok. for all you people out there who htink this house is all fake, its not!! my friend lives by there like 3 houses down, and we were walkin and we decided to try adn get in the house. WHen we walked up to the door, we heard footsteps coming up behind us. KNow one was there so we tried turning the door handle. The door opend. we looked inside and we took a few steps in. All a suden we heard a crash in a room and we heard someone moan liek a ghost!! Trust me if this house was not haunted it was when we were there. It haunted!!!

Ok I call your bluff! I was living next door to the house for 5 months until my friend OD on heroin at her boyfriends house. We had problems with our TV too! guess what? It was the circut breaker in the basement getting wet when it rained causing electrical occuances to shoot….There for causing the TV to act up and the lights to flicker. The steps were the rats! Half the houses on the street had them and they were huge! (the huge rats were a pratical joke gone wrong by a gang BTW). So if you could rmove the Goeltz house it’s a disgrace to paranormal investigators, Rochester’s society (i could care less about that), and Me because i didnt swear once and thats a once a year thing….plus I know the truth and I just told you…By the way I do believe in paranormal phenonmenon, ghosts, demons, and purgetory.

I was walking there with my frend when we heard footsteps and…..somneone….called me…weirdo…I now know a a haunted house when I HEAR one! /o/

Interestingly enough, I too believe in the paranormal. Always have, always will. I love stories like these, except when they turn out to be false. Living with ghosts is a truly “interesting” experience. You think humans PMS, ghosts do too! Atleast that is what I believe. They get their moments where they choose to remain dormant and calm, but then like that they are being mischevious and even frightening. I’ve lived with ghosts, demons, and angels all my life. I know when there is one in a room, usually if it is a Male or Female, etc. I love it and I just so happened to marry a man who has the same senses. i’ve lived in rochester most of my life.. i’ve never heard of this but i’ll tell u 1 thing…my house on ridge way ave. was semmenly hunted..i was young back then but smart. Me and my cuzes found a diary with creppy stuff in it..we found it in our garage…i put on my table and the next day i woke up to check it our….the pages that were written in were torn out. i never found those pages but i live in VA right now..thank god!!!! Televisions can seem to turn on by themselves inexplicably, different televisions have different remote frequencies, I have had it where my neighbor has used his remote(in HIS house) and turned on my TV. For me that is never hardline proof of a haunt. Maybe I just need more… ehh anyways have a good night

First off you spelled demon wrong(or daemon from the Greek divinity), secondly you also spelled dead wrong. Thirdly as there are probably dozens of people that post here(if not more), it is reasonable to believe that they do not share the same theological views as yourself. I have happened to have read the Christian Bible, as well as many other theological texts. In all the reading and research I have done, and trust me it has been hours upon hours, there is mention of ethereal beings in almost every single culture around the world. Next time you want to barrade people for believing something different than you, make sure you are well-versed.

ok. now i belive everyone who belives in ghosts and everything like that. i have lived in rochester since i was a little girl and 2 house that i lived in were haunted. the first one, it had wooden stairs and a glass door. now, one day i was on my way out of the house to pick up my friend. on my way out i stoped at the door bcs i saw a shadow of a little girl out side. i put my hand on the doorknob and it was shaking by its self. i really quick open the door and nobody was there. i close it and there she is. and this house that i lived in, everyone else who had lived in it heard that in 1961 a little girl named sophie and her father named john, died in that house bcs of a fire. and they have been haunting that house eversince. and i belive every ghost storie i hear bcs i was in one.

I Live In Rochester and I AM Like So0o0o Into the Paranormal stuff. I Wanna Know Where This house Is Located! I Think Ma House Is Haunted. In My room I Hear foot steps from the attic and ma floor creaks ever too much. We have the old steam heaters and someone or something bangs on it all the time. Before i moved in this house no one lived in it for 2 years.
Its a big beautiful house! Kinda makes you wonder why no one wouldnt live here fo 2 years. When we moved in we heard so many different stories about our house from neighbors. I think it’s a little girl. When my little brother was in the room that i am now he would wake up at least 3 times in the middle of the night screaming and crying! One night when my mother and I were talkin about how we thought it was a little kid just tryning to play with him, i had a dream. I had a dream that my cousins and i were playing hide & seek in the house and we were playin with a little girl we never seen before, but we kept playing. The little girl was in a nightgown which was weird because we were playing in the middle of the day. Well we couldnt find the little girl but when i opened the linning closet at the end of the hall way, She had been hung and thurr was blood dripping from her neck, feet, and hands. CRAZY DREAM HUH? And it’s weird that i wake up every night at 3:00 am every night(Known as “DEAD TIME”). I Definitly Belive In The Paranormal.

Well I really believe in ghosts, but I never really seen any. I don’t think I would be scared if I was to see a ghost. And I don’t want to either.

We can and have the equipment to support the collection and measurment of EMF, temperature drops, and EVP. We have the math supporting alternate realities in ‘String’ and ‘Chaos’ theory. currently also, there is a strong belief in ‘multi-dimensions’ by those scientists in the field of theoretical physics What we cannot do, though, is get the phenomena to replicate repeatedly, upon request, every time. Like all hard science, it must be repeated to prove it exists and measure it. We cannot see electrons, but we can project them at the speed of light and measure them. We can turn wind energy (that we cannot see) into mechanical and electrical energy, everytime it occurs. Unfortunately, within the field of the ‘paranormal’, we cannot.
Until we can, we will not know whether our ’subjective’ experiences are manifes to something that it is intelligent, residual or a by product of our own telekinesis .
As of now, they are simply subjective ‘experiences’ we perceive that we are barely able to measure. Much needs to be done in the science of the paranormal to give it the credibility it so much needs in order for it to be taken seriously by serious skeptics.

I know that 104 Durnan Street in Rochester,New York is haunted. I had to call Rochester Paranormal Society.It is in the 14621 area.

On the 104 Durnan Street,I want to add that I did live there, and have since moved away. There is risidual haunting and intelligent haunting there.If you do not know what that means please look it up.The woman that helped me well her first name is Cindy and has been featured on the PBS channel 21.

I grew up in and still live in Rochester, NY. I have never heard of this Goeltz House. Can someone please tell me where it is? I’m sure it’s a bunch of **** just like the Dental Dispensary on East Main St. How stupid was that and what a waste of $15. a head!!

I’ve lived in the ROC all my life and I’ve never heard of this place…..seems like it would be kinda cool to see if it were true.I lived in those apartment across from the hudson wal-mart in a haunted apartment for like 4 yrs.Things started off slow but as the years went on things just got more freaky.The first thing that ever happened to me there was when I was laying down listening to music(as I did almost ever night b4 bed)all of a sudden something pressed on my chest really hard and my bed floated about 3 inches off the floor and shook for about a minute…scared the **** out of me to where I stoped sleeping in my room and would bring the air bed to my mom’s room at night.Lights would go on theyre own as well as toys.I had my named called a ton of times.My mom faint once and she said in the back of mind she heard a lot of laughter and with all that one voice told her to get up because I was along and “THEY” wanted me.One of my cousins ended up taking the apartment and had some friends move in with her.We told them about some of the things that happened to us and they didn’t believe us until things started happening to them.Believe what you will but all of those things really happened.

my aunt used to live in this house in haskinsville, ny(just south of wayland on rt 21)she lived there for a short time when paranormal activity began. i’m not sure of the address of the house but i’m trying to find the history of the house. if has any info, please let me know.
