Cars and tennis balls that look as though they are rolling uphill are actually being pulled downhill by gravity. Optical illusions created by the lay of the land and surrounding landscape fool the eye into thinking that the laws of physics are being defied. There were no murders at any of the “gravity hills” here in northwest Indiana. Sorry folks.

I just went to gravity hill last night, took my girl with me too; when we started messing aroung, we were at the the bottom, but by the time I got up to look around for anyone coming, I saw that we were way over by the railroad tracks!! Next time I go I’m going to record it!

The story I heard is that a busload of circus midgets flipped over and they all died, that’s why you can’t see anyone pushing your car; they’re all too short!

ok my boyfriend lives down there so all i would have to do is ask him about it so its all good…um yeah thats pretty weird but oh well id like to talk to that old lady…yeah later

Well despite what anyone says about the stories the gravity thing is real. I put the car fowards backwards either was your car goes up hill. Shut the car off and put it in neutral. It WORKS. Plus people live right on this hill. I was amazed by the way the car moved.

first of all tha story of tha bus full of kids…not on gravity hill thats a totally different story!and yes studies have shown that u’r car is being pushed up tha hill!dunno if tha old lady story is true but it was proved to b a ghost pushing tha car up tha hill!but tha story of kids is infact that a train hit tha bus killing atleast 12 children and when u do put ur car parked on tha traks they do infact push u over to tha other side!i do not think tha spirit from gravity hill meens any harm!

well I live in Missouri and we have the same exact story of the children in the school bus….so it seems like that is a pretty popular story of how your car goes uphill…Me and my friends are going tomorrow night, so Ill check back in and let you know the whats up.

Well there’s the same story in my town…but no one really knows my town, here in Wapato…but the story takes place in Proser.
This lady lived at the bottom of the hill in this old house, and at the top there was a barn….she was sick and twisted, and liked to tourture little kids.
So at the top of the hill in ther barn..you can olny imagine what she did, she hung them and of corse the barn had saws an such in there….well lets just keep it like that…and so at night around 3:00am dont ask why 3:00 she brings the kids down from the barn to push you up top so they can try to kill you…they say to lock your doors because they will try to open your doors to get you out…..but the powder thing is ture you’ll see there hands.

But anyway thats our towns story…..

i am from greece, the same phenomenom exists in my country also, in athens there is a mountain called penteli.there if you put your car in an exact poin of the hill it will mouve up the hill without help from anyone. i believe tha this is something of fysical explaination and not paranormal activity.the fact that this happens in many places (as you all say) makes my belief much stronger..

tim is right it is children that push your car put baby powder on your trunk then get in and let your car be pushed over the hill and u will see finger prints of kids and there is as so reports to backup tim’s version

yea the story is soooo unreal i mean who could beleive such a thing what was the lady doing outta of her car anyway did she hav a cell phone i mean no offense but i dont think at her age shes 2 push such heavy weight she mite break her back u no!!!cause if she had her cell phone she could call the nearest freind or were ever she was headed that she new were close by but ya nice try tryin 2 mak it seem real even though sooo fiction hah!!

How in the world could you ask if she had a cell phone. Cell phones are a really recent invention even today. Ok, now all the stories have are different, they can’t be all true so which one is reeally true? Or are all of these stories happening in different parts. Last how could it be an optical illusion. Everyone who has said that could not know for sure and I am betting they heard this some where and thought it sounded better than ghosts. So please fill me in!

I did’nt bring a car so I just sat down and tryed it.a couple of mints. passed and I notice there was white hands behind me. The lady was pushing me,and before i knew it I was alrady at Toy R US!!!
