Hance Home
Many years ago, someone was murdered in the kitchen of this home. Today, on the anniversary of the murder, a blood stain appears at the site of the crime. Many paranormal experts visit the house to witness the phenomenon every year.

Do you have any information on Neelds Estate off of Plum point Rd. in Calvert County? It was built before the Civil War.

yea, don’t worry about that ghost he or she can’t
hurt yell, just ask it what do yell want. It’s a
reason why they won’t move on. Don’t worry my aunt had one in her basement, but she got somebody to
dig up her basement concret and they found a
skelton of a died man that’s what we found out
later on yes it was a man, now it’s gone, so
it’s a reason.

sometimes when a person passes on the spirit might not for a reason mabey the ghost stays cause thats the only way she can show you shes real and just mabey shes trying to get you to find out who did this to her so her spirit can rest keep us updated

I’d like to know more about Plum Point Rd. I am from Calvert County and have many family memers still in the area. I think that road is cursed. I have lost a couple of family members on that crazy rd. One an excellent driver fr over 40 yrs. ended up dead, crushed in his car. The other a perfessional CDL holder on his 20 something birthday 1 yr. later seconds from his hom was also killed in his vehicle. I wont even go on that rd. to even visit family anymore. I always got ad vibs about Plum Point Rd. way before these accidents.

the ghost just wants somebodys attention so that she or he can get back at the person and to rest in peace.

Plum Point Road is not haunted. I have driven on that road every day for 18 years. It is a straight, open road. There would be no reason for any spirits to haunt a road in the first place. The Neeld Estate is still occupied by members of the Neeld family, so it is umlikely that spririts would occupy the house unless it was sold. There is however a brick house off of Emmauel Church Rd. that is said to have sprirts of slaves that worked on the property in the 1800’s. Also the Patterson House in Lusby is said to have paranormal activity.

I am a Hance and live on Plum Point Rd. I have heard of the haunted Hance Home but never have heard of Plum Point Rd being haunted. Most of my family has and still do live on this road and niether of us have heard of it being haunted…..just my $.02

also. I spoke with my father last night and he said that it may have once been referred to as “Tauney Place” I’m not sure of the spelling. He told me that he thinks there are still Hances living in that home. He also said something of a duel that took place in the front yard. These are all things he heard of, so i can’t speak to their validity.

I know when I die I will stay around on purpose and what I will do all the time is watch men take showers…especially my husband, because there is no way that they can take a shower in like, five minutes, and actually have EVERYTHING cleaned efficiently. No way. Also, I will always write little notes on the steamed up mirrors when people are showering, like “I know you eat your boogs” or “I heard you pooter in there, and wet pooters are the worse”, or “The only thing going down in this bathroom is the window because your pu$$y STANKS!!”

Hey U Know What I Never KNew About That And Ive Lived In Calvert County For 7 years and what about this house on emanual church road i saw a goast in the window of a big brick house on that road and on Bayside rd in st leonard theres a house that i think is very huanted check em out

i live in north beach, more specifically 8th street. a father murdered his wife and little girl in this house then turning the gun on himself. his son came home from school to find all of them. i have met the son, trying to gingerly ask what the father looked like because i saw a mans figure peeking around corners, the description matched. i also got real bad vibes from the basement where the little girl was killed. cant remember the family name, but i sold the house. gave me the heebie jeebies.

Wow, I was just looking for some cool stuff to do on halloween and I found out a LOT about some of my neighbors! Geez! Any serious paranorman sightings? Calvert County has got to be full of ghosties and ghoulies!!
