House across from Victoria Cemetery
In this house, the lonely wife of a fisherman began having an affair. Soon, she gave birth to her lover’s baby. As she heard her the fisherman approaching, she killed the baby and buried it under the porch. Eventually, the woman went insane because she kept hearing the baby’s cries. It is said that if one stands on the porch, the baby’s cries may still be heard.

Okay this isn’t true it is just a mockery of Tale Tale Heart written by Edgar Allen Poe. It’s an poem a man killed his freind and burried him under his house, but the guilt drove him mad and started hearing the thumping of his friends heart!!!!
Come on do you people not know anything about history at all!!!!

That is very sad. Why would someone kill a baby for some stupid man? Heck yeah I would go insane if I killed my baby and heared it cry at night.

There are quite a few black people in town here but this has nothing to do with race so please dont make it about race and I have to agree if she killed her child she was insane all ready. I have visited but heard nothing.

Yeah I agree with Tiff. Edgar Allen Poe wrote a storie just like this. the same moral and everything they just switched the word’s around in it and made it ALOT shorter. Not cool.

It is sad but true!!! It’s all true, my father and I drove to the house parked on the front lawn and waited for a moment;after waiting for about 5 minutes we heard, what was believd to be the baby’s cry! The crying then died out and the dull noise of the baby being killed appered. It was a terrible sound to anyones ears!!!

You guys are stupid if you think this is true.. all you have to do is change the baby’s cries to a beating heart and you have the Tell Tale Heart by Edgar Allan Poe.
