There is a little girl there who haunts the Broker. One time she actually said "Hello" in a cute little girl voice to him. She used to wiggle the door nobs all the time. One time he saw someone walk by him. She was wearing a white shirt and had blonde hair. When he turned around to see who it was, she had disapeared. That place is creepy!
