Leave Me Alone!
There is a historical building where a women, who was pregnant, lived with her husband. Her husband was abusive and beat her hard and often. One day she stood in the middle of the drive and slit one wrist. Before she died she said “Jeff, leave me alone!” Right down the road is a tree that hangs over the road and once in a while you’ll see her and her little baby happy on the limb.

1) This story is not true
2) i attended ball state after a long family tradition and now my roommate also attended bsu as well as her parents and sister.
3)there are some places on campus that are haunted–laffotte(sp) and also there is a room in the library were people arent allowed either because a guy supposedly hung himself. I cant say that i trully believe it but i know that while i was at bsu some friends got in trouble for trying to get onto the 8th floor. but as for this story there is no links to external sources, the tree down the road little ways from the house was there a white picked fence too? so anyways… i am done with my rantings…and for those who post on here and say to get a life—my question is why are you posting?

We would all like to beleave that there’s something out there, I would very much like to experience a ghost or something that is “Extraordinary” would’nt that be so cool. Ghost stories, Urban Legends, are good, but the real thing would be Amazing.

I’m from Indy…There is a bridge in Avon that is haunted. My aunt, 3cousins and I went to, ithink, cry baby bridge. It is the story about the worker that fell into the cement while working and is still in the bridge. The most common experience was the sight of a woman looking for her child that was dead and or the sound of a child crying and seeing a tear on the dryest nights hit the ground infront of you. Well we went to the bridge and did not see the mother and did not here the child. But I am sencetive to paranormal activity and thats why they braught me. I felt the presents of someone and soon after there was a big droplet that fell in front of me. When we got in my aunts brand new detailed car there was a mans dirt boot print. It was not there when we got in and all of us had small feet and flip flops on. It was a trippy night. Fun.

Okay, people. There is no way this can be true. I live less than 15 minutes from the south side of town, and the closest to having a haunted house in our area is in Farmland.

Ok then sarah you are trying to tell me that me and 4 other people are wrong … i don’t think so….I have had plenty of paranormal activity in my life…there is a house on the east side on emerson that is now vacant. It stands next to an old creepy house. I use to live there…There was one room my mom and i would not enter because the carpets were blood red and there was always a presents when in there. One night when it was only my mom and i the doors started opening and closing , the windows slammed shut and out of nowhere it stopped that night we left and never went back. That house was never reported haunted and yet i had a huge experience so don’t tell me the only place close is that farm place because the paranormal is all around us…indy is full of good haunts you just have to know where to look… anyone want to here more places that i have experienced crazy things let me know…lilmike_1090@sbcglobal.net

Okay Sarah, you seem to be a very close minded person. If you think that that is the closest place in Indy that has paranormal activity you are mistaken. I have had experiences all my life ranging from voices to objects moving and seeing things over and over again that I can’t explain. In the 90’s I lived in a house on the east side on emerson that stands next to an old creepy house. My mother father and I had lived there about 2 weeks. There was one room in the house that my mother and I would not enter. The room always had a sad cold feeling to it and it had blood red carpet. One night my mom and I were at home alone watching tv and out of nowhere the doors started opening and closing, the windows slammed shut and the tv turned off. Me and my mom left the house that night and never went back. That house is now vacant. That was never documented as a haunted house but me and my mom know it is. Paranoral is all around us and for you to think that the closest place is in farm land, you are wrong. If anyone wants to here more storys about my findings in the past 11 yrs. I will be more than happy to share. Lilmike_1090@sbcglobal.net
