It re-opened in 2002. There is another ghost reputed to also haunt the theatre. He's known to the locals as Handsome Paul, who purportedly wears a suit & was a pimp who murdered one of his ladies--who is the restroom restless spirit aforementioned--by throwing her off the theatre balcony when she apparently decided to leave his employ.
