me and a few friend were just at the lincoln house about 3 weeks ago. we got there and it is now completely boarded up and as we were standing there we all of the sudden heard a dog start barking then chains rattling then very bright lights. these lights turned out to be the lights on a van behind the house. there is a freak who lives on the propert in a trailor behind the house and he chased us in his van after we got back into the car and he tried knocking us off the road multiple times and he also was pointing a shotgun at us. do not go here for some of my friends who i have talked to said they went there and he did the same thing to them tis guy is a freak and will kill someone someday. My mother is a ups driver and one day for the first time in 17 years there was a package that this guy ordered so my mom had to deliver it and wen sh got there this guy told her to get off the property or he will blow her f****** head off

my sister is a UPS driver, and delivered a package to this address. there is a crazy man living in a trailer behind the house. he forbids any trespassing onto this property. i sincerely advise anyone who might be thinking of entering onto this property to think otherwise. he has every right to shoot to protect his property. i would hate to see anyone get hurt. just leave well enough alone. from the stories i have heard, this guy is itching to fire his gun. STAY AWAY!

i drove past there one time, and the house had completely transformed into a sperm bank. the strange thing is that all of the people going in to donate were retards! then, i drove past again the next night, and to my shock, the house had transformed into a blood bank, and there was a van in the front dropping off patients, and the side of the van read “Berks AIDS Network”!!! the horror!
the strangest thing about this place was that when i went inside one year, there was a torture chamber inside. the guards were all US soldiers, and all of the prisoners were chained up naked with black hoods over their heads. some prisoners were being waterboarded by the soldiers. others were locked up in small cells with loud music blaring and strobe lights flashing. others were locked up in even smaller cells with ear muffs and bandannas over their eyes. the guards said that the purpose was to deprive the prisoners of their senses, rob them of their individuality, just to give up information that isn’t even true. the horror!!!

ok people…..exeter, pa and exeter township, pa are 2 different places. this house is in exeter township. its in birdsboro, on lincoln road across the street from arkema. i recently learned about this house and went to check it out. i put my 3 kids in the backseat of my car. i didnt tell them where we were going. as soon as i pulled into the stone driveway, 2 of them started crying frantically…..they are 8 and 7. it was really freaky. the house is boarded up and there are construction vehicles in the back yard. im not sure if anyone is living on the property because we got out of there quick. i am really interested in seeing this house again, maybe really early before work. but i dont want to get shot !!!! if i find anything, i will write more.

GREW UP IN BIRDSBORO WHOLE LIFE, KNOW LIZZIES HOUSE VERY WELL, WENT THERE MANY TIMES AND SHE IS THERE. YOU COULD SEE HER IN THE WINDOWS WHEN THEY WERE NOT BOARDED UP AND IF IN THE HOUSE HEAR HER MOANING AND WALKING AROUND AND FEEL A CHILL. THE AREA AROUND HER BEDROOM WAS ALWAYS THE COLDEST AND AS FAR AS I KNOW WHEN THE DID THE HAUNTED HOUSE THEY DID NOT TAKE YOU THROUGH OR NEAR HER ROOM. THE STORY I WAS ALWAYS TOLD WAS THAT SHE WAS VERY ILL AND IT WAS HER NURSE THAT HER HUSBAND CHEATED WITH AND WHEN SHE DIED FROM HER ILLNESS WIERD THINGS HAPPENED. I BELIEVE THE STORY WENT THAT THE NURSE IS THE ONE WHO FELL DOWN THE STEPS AND DIED.

my aunt was going to buy this house a while back and she made fun of the fact that the kitchen and living room are switched so there is a sink in th living room (or was). She then left and something pushed her on the ground leaving big scratches of nails down her legs! It was later found out the lizzy had switched the kitchen and the living room!

I live one block from Lizzie’s and have lived within one mile of the house all my life. The house in no longer open to the public for Halloween. It is boarded up and the property is private. I am in my late 30’s and new of at least 4 different families that lived there, one family I am close with. At one time it was extremely beautiful but not any more. There are numerous stories, some fabricated, some true. There is a book written by Charles Adams III about haunted houses in Berks county, with Lizzy’s being in one. The one owner’s that I knew were never believers in paranormal until they lived there. I have personally witnessed stuff while visiting. Nothing major, just slamming doors and loud thumps and bangs. Sometimes you have to see it to believe it……

You people crack me up. Fighting over the fact if a place is haunted or not. Lizzy’s house is haunted or else it would not be in the haunted registry of Berks County. Everything that happened to her is true. I live about 5 minutes from Lizzy’s in Exeter, driving by the place just gives you the creeps. But if you guys wanna see a real haunted place try sneeking into Pennhurts i’ll guarantee you you’ll never experience anything like it.

Hey my name is Sara and im in ISS right now in oley valley high school, right near exeter.The lindsey house is very haunted…its old and beat up one night last summer me and my friends got bored and we all decided as a group we were goin to sneak in the house when we got there i kid you not as soon as we pulled in we saw a light come right from the top left window thank god we werent ottaa the car only 3 vof us saw it and i was one of them i mean every time i drive past that house it gives me a strange feeling crazyy yo peace

for the ones who like to know if it is open the lizzie house yes it is but at halloween it is closed off to the public all season long the last person that lived in the house movies because of the spirits in the house if you come to reading pa look this up but be warn you may be scared.

i used to live up the road in a trailer park ,the house may not be haunted but when you go in it has a really creepy feel to it.it is actually outside of birdsboro,pa on lincoln rd and everyone knows of it.the story is pretty consistent over the years.
