PLEASE NOTE: Lizzy’s house in NOT in Exeter, Luzerne Co. it IS in Exeter Township, Berks Co. It’s NOT near Pittston, PA…it IS in Birdsboro, PA. Also, it’s near the OLEY Valley, NOT Ohio Valley.

If anyone wants to know the current owners name, they can contact the Berks County Prothonotary for information on 1211 Lincoln Road, Birdsboro, PA 19508.

If your interested in this or other hauntings of Berks County, buy Charles Adams books. He won’t give you exact locations, but it’s a start.

I grew up in the Ohio Valley hearing the stories of Lizzy and various other places not mentioned on this site. I have been by this house years ago and was saddened by the condition of the house which was once a home. I’m glad Lizzy is dead because the state of her house would have killed her!

I literally lived in the neighborhood down the street from this house. As kids we always rode our bikes over to the house and would walk around the property trying to find out if the stories were true. I think its sad that the house was turned into a haunted house… if there really is a spirt in there its being tortured more than it deserves by the crowds of people who are walked through there during the halloween season.

For the rude people commenting on others learning to spell that is not called for people have a right to leave a comment that is not only childish but acting like a immature child your self, what is wrong with immature pathtic people who cares about the grammer or spelling this is not school plan bullies you are and for the ones that want to learn about lizzy’s haunted house it is open every year at this time and personal tours can be taken by appointments
they have address on verizon big book just type it in and they have a website that will list days and times open and it will list prices as well.

there is no need to act like *** cracks posting comments mocking other people shows how much Iq you all have posting nasty comments about others like you been doing plain rudeness it is and hope the comments get deleted for being rude.

i used to live up the road in a trailer park ,the house may not be haunted but when you go in it has a really creepy feel to it.it is actually outside of birdsboro,pa on lincoln rd and everyone knows of it.the story is pretty consistent over the years.
