This house is located on the corner of senter and hellyer, which is south of capital expressway by maybe a couple miles. if you are traveling south down senter road, you make a left onto hellyer and it is the first house right there on the corner on your left hand side. There is some kind of a storage box in the front yard if this helps you identify it.

I pass by that house every now and then. It’s been years and years that the house has been left empty. Whether the story is fake or not, who would leave a perfectly nice house like that empty? If the “kids” in the family made up those stories, why aren’t they still living in it? Who would pay property tax years after years…if it was merely a “made up” story? I certainly am not scared, but its better to believe than to not. The story up there sounds rather made up, I’m sure there is something else behind this mysterious house.

Yes, the story is fake. The “kids” do not live there anymore. I DARE anyone to knock on their door and see what happens. Maybe… just maybe… SOMEONE who lives there will answer the door! Or…. maybe not.

I went over and an elder lady answered the door and laughed at me when I showed her this from my iBook. She knows all about it. She’s quite happy that her house is famous now!

Well story is, about a decade ago a teenaged girl committed suicide in the house due to depression. Anybody who ever tries to move in, never stays for very long. They say during the middle of the night they’d wake up on the ground, or be thrown off their beds.

I don’t believe the haunting is true. It sounds very unlikely when people live IN the house for so many years and not once has the San Jose Mercury mentioned it. I checked it out and they NEVER ran a story. That’s because the story is a HOAX.

I live down the street and my cousin said it was on a show. So i searched it up and found this and a couple other things, i think its haunted. I also once saw a car in the drive way and during christmas time there was 1 strand of christmas lights. and people (my family) who have lived here for 40 plus years and haven’t heard anything about it, or anyone named Mary, or deaths, just an old orchard.
