Mason's Cemetery and all the others listed here are always going to have rumors, myths, and legends to it. Those who go that become scared are expected to be frightened, therefore they are. But if you were to go with a scientific mind, you more than probably wouldn't find any evidence of the afterlife. If you passed tomorrow, would you hang out in a cemetery?

The Oddfellows Cemetery, located on Witham Hill Drive, is about the same age with the first burial dating to ca. 1858. The land for the cemetery was acquired by the Oddfellows from A.M. Witham who owned the donation land claim upon which it is located (Mid-Valley Genealogical Society, Vol. IV, 1991). THIS is the cemetery in question, NOT the others mentioned in some of these comments. I have done some research and plan to go there with my camera.

It is truly a shame that posts above (see dated March '08, person posts twice) that contain not a scrap of information regarding this "attraction" are allowed to remain on here. Below where I am entering this information (because I truly AM interested in 'allegedly' haunted places) it suggests that I am to use correct grammar, capitalization and punctuation so that this thread of comments can "keep looking classy," but those posts are allowed to remain? As a person who is likely to be reading these comments, I'm at least a little bit offended. Thank you for your time. (feel free to delete MY comment, as it in now way depicts information about this attraction either!) Enjoy your day.
