I’ve been there a bazillion times and never saw ANYTHING creepy. Oh, btw the toilets there are motion-sensitive, so it’s probably some kind of technology glitch causing toilets to flush,

I actually worked at the movie theater for about a year and never noticed anything strange. I didn’t even hear that it was supposedly haunted until after I stopped working there. Too bad, it probably would have been more fun if I had known!

I know the guy who was one of the first to see anything, back in 98 or 97 i was still in high school, I lived in Beaverton but went to midland more than i care to admit! all of my friends worked at the theatre. I used to go up there and hang out, well let me tell you, the place is haunted! ask any projectionist, or night cleaner. I know people who have quit working there because of the crazy stuff that has happend in those projection rooms! Either way,if you don’t think it is true, then talk to any employee. i mean really talk to them and i am sure they will let you stay in any theatres by yourself while they clean. I sat in theatre 8 by myself at around 1 am, while my friend was cleaning other theatres. I heard voices, footsteps, and what seemed to be a deep groaning actually saying my name! If you don’t beilieve then sit in those theatres by yourself while they clean. I promise you, you will hear or feel something!

I do not understand why people who do not believe in ghosts or paranormal activity feel the need to belittle or criticize those of us that do. We do not call you demeaning names or criticize you because you do not believe. I have always been taught that seeing is believing. In most cases, the ones that do believe are the ones that have experianced something. Please keep in mind that “Paranormal” simply means something that is above, beyond, or outside what is considered normal. Events or occurances that can not be explained by any other means or logical reasoning. People who believe in the paranormal believe in something that can not be readily explained by science. That doesn’t mean that we are stupid, crazy, or anything else just as childish or demeaning. Maybe the reason that you have not experianced something paranormal is because your brain has been trained to not accept the possibility of the paranormal.

People make fun of people because there to narrowminded to understand what it is that is out there. I was just resintly at the cinnima, i live in midland and was there seeing one of the late night movies, and when i had gone into the bathroom after the movie there was a rather off feeling about the place. I am phsyci and can tell ghosts and some other things, this is nothing mean like its just there. So people who are stupid about things like this, need to get a life and bother someone else who actually cares.

You all should believe this cuz my brother works at the midland cinemas, and on 4th of july in 2008 i was helping my brother clean up around 1:30-2:00 i saw a guy in a checkered jacket and i chased him cuz i thought he was a real guy and he was trying to stay after but he dissapeared

ive been there many times late at night! my sis worked there! nothing happens! the toilets are AUTOMATIC! but i do believe in ghosts myself. infacted one the houses ive been in was haunted. we tried to calm the spirit but fell asleep and woke up at 3:00am and it was scary

What is the big deal about the toilets? Ok, so they are automatic. So what? That does not mean that they will randomly flush by themselves. There had to be someone either sitting on them, or close enough to set the sensor off on the toilet. Toilets like that will not go off without someone setting them off unless they are malfunctioning. Has anyone condsidered that this haunt might not be an intelligent haunt? A residual haunt will go about its business whether you are there or not. Maybe everyone should just quietly observe and leave the spirits alone. The haunting might just quiet down on its own.

I used to go to this theatre quite often. One night, while watching a murder/mystery movie, the silhoutte of a man appeared in front of the projector. It almost looked as though he were apart of the movie, but when the shadow passed, he moved across the audience as well. I didn’t make anything of it at the time, but now that I look back, it gives me chills. I’m not one to usually believe in ghosts, or to find them, but I do believe in this.
BTW: The theatre has been closed for about three, maybe, four years.

A car load of 16 year olds were murdered at this site 20 years ago. They’ve never caught the murderer…be careful.

I Was In My Friends Old House Realy Pretty big had A ball Room For A Third Floor And I Heard Steping Not Walking But Like Dancing And We Were Walking Around The 3rd Floor And She Stop And Screamed I Was Thinkin She Was Crazy But She Said She Felt Soemthing Go Though Her.I Still Thought She Was Crazy So We Just Kept Going But She Was Realy Pale.So i Did Some Research When i got Home And Found Out There Was A Guy That Lived There And he Died From Drug Over Dose.It Said He Was A Realy Wealthy Man But Got Into The Wrong Crowd Or Something? I Dunno But Apparently He Bought The Land And Build The House,Its A Good Structure But It Kinda Give You The ‘This Is Kinda Weird’ Feeling And Just Odd.But They Said He Died On The Third Floor With A Woman As A Witness.Im Not Sure Of The Adress But It Was Near Lansing.Its Not hard To Miss There’s A Doctor Livving There Last Time I Checked But I Havent Been There In Like 3 Years.Oh And As For The KFC And Bugerking People..One Word..Tacobell… :] Just Sayin
