Here it is: The story about the tall bearded man is not entirely correct, the man had a beard but was not that tall. He was a projectionist that was scalped after his long hair was caught in the projector motor. In a frantic state he accidently opened the side panel of the projector which caused the high pressure bulb to explode in his face. He was there by himself after hours trying to preview an upcoming movie. Needless to say, the movie was not watched because he died a gruesome horrible death. So in conclusion, yes the cinema is haunted. Haunted by a bunch of jackasses that think stories like this are true. I have worked in the midland NCG cinema for over 3 years and I know the real story. One night, while watching a murder/mystery movie, the silhoutte of a man appeared in front of the projector. It almost looked as though he were apart of the movie, but when the shadow passed, he moved across the audience as well. I didn't make anything of it at the time, but now that I look back, it gives me chills. I'm not one to usually believe in ghosts, or to find them, but I do believe in this.
