I saw this place on tv the other day. Apparently, they have technology that makes people see the ghost. She comes sometimes, but in order to make her appear every time there is a crowd, they have a room in the back. It is hooked up to the bathroom, the lights, a lot of things.

MOSS BEACH DISTILLERY SHOULD BE ASHAMED! IT’S SAD THAT SUCH A BEAUTIFUL PLACE WITH SUCH WONDERFUL HISTORY HAS TO SUFFER NOW FOR THE UNPROFESSIONALISM OF THE COMPANY. EVEN SADDER IS THE FACT THAT NOW EVEN IF THERE IS REAL PARANORMAL ACTIVITY GOING ON, IT’S NOT TO BE CREDITABLE NOW! BIG MISTAKE TO FAKE AND RIG HAUNTING BECAUSE SOONER OR LATER YOU WILL BE EXPOSED.

Some people need to lighten up on the Ghost effects. The Distillery website talks about the enhacements quite openly. Many experts in paranormal activity such as Sylvia Brown and Lloyd Auerback (who teaches a college course in the paranormal) swear they have had “real” ghostly experiences at the restaurant. The food is great, staff is terrific and the views are awesome. Some of the complainers need to get a life.

Yes, the web site talks about the “effect” NOW. Prior to being found out, and debunked, they did not. Sylvia Brown and Lloyd Auerback are both known frauds, and should not be used as example.

This place is full of lies and I am just as disgusted as the TAPS team who came to investigate.

Yes it’s not a harm to have devices to rig some ghostly figures, but to deliberately and intentionally LIE about these things before TAPS started investigations was rude and terribly unprofessional. People could have been scared or hurt by these things, in fact, one of the TAPS investigator fell and hurt his leg as he was trying to check out the speaker placed in the ceiling.

I don’t mind a place being funny and haunted like, but at least have the decency to warn people. What if someone who saw the face in the mirror or heard the laughter and was scared and had a heart attack?

The scenery and the distillery is beautiful, that I agree with. But it is uncool to try to deceive people like that.

So I would say, if you want to see good scenery, go check it out. But if you’re looking for real paranormal activities, don’t bother.

I Tend To Disagree With Some Comments, Most Of Them Are Alright But Suggesting It’s Fake Or It’s A Hoax Is Simply Impossible. No Way Anybody Can Fake A Haunting With Special Effects, Or Sound Equipment Inside The Distillery. It’s A Little Bit Hard To Swallow! As A Christian Believer I Plan To Start My Own Investigation With A Cell Phone Camera And A Tape Recorder To Record My Entries And Stay At A Inn In Moss Beach Next Year In The Spring Or Fall 2010. It Should Be Interesting To See What Clues I Can Pick Up About The Mysterious Hauntings And The Legendary Blue Lady.

personally i would love to eat and stay there some time, i think it has alot of interesting history. as far as the ghosts, im sure it does have ghostly spirits hanging around, but they are made null and void by the manmade ghostly effects and now you cant trust what may happen. any of it could be a hoax or it may not be. who knows. a place of entertainment mainly, which is fine.
