my friend aaron demoss and i went out there on easter of this year but it was during the day there was a lot of demonic writing and symbols everywhere we walked out to the water tower ppl say if you climb to the top you can see the way your gonna die but you cant get to the top b/c half of the ladder is gone but then a few days ago me an 4 other friends went out there at like 1 in the morning it was really scary at nite we didnt see anything or hear anything but it smelled like death and like somehting was on fire you know thats what really happened to the school it caught fire and ppl was burnt to death no one went missing thats a load of ****

Triston, that was not just for you. It was for other people too who think the guy will shoot you. Amanda, I bet if you climb to the top of the water tower you WILL see how you’re going to die! lol. You’ll probably fall off the top of it or fall trying to climb it. There is an entity there that looks like a sort of jellyfish on the thermal. It is larger at the top and kinda flows into what looks like streamers at the bottom. I’ve never seen anything like it. You couldn’t see it with the naked eye. It was in the back left corner of the first row of rooms. The heat signature showed up a sort of bluish grey. That means not very hot but warm enough to be different from the rest of it’s surroundings. On the EVP we heard a crying sound like a small child. It sounded like it was saying “where’s miss Amy?” or something like that. Then it would cry some more. Very creepy. I got chills listening to it.

I have had a true haunted experience. I use to live in a haunted house. We’ve had two preists come out and try to bless the house in hopes of helping.There were many strange things that would happen.My son at the time was two years old and would sleep in his crib,there were times when his toys would turn on and off,His toys would move as if someone was playing with them,And no one would be near them. We set up baby monitors and nanny cams in hopes that we would catch something, And we did. when me and my friends went a long time ago the toled me to go first so i did andwhen i crossed over and it felt like the air got thiker it wasnt like no air but it was hared to breath .then we went into one of the bildings and we went into one of the class rooms and every one was just sitting ther we didnt beleav it was real and some of my friends were making rued coments saying things like ”we know thers nothing here ” they were saying things thike that for about 10 minuts then one of my other frends toled them to stop then it got silent then we get this big swoop of wind that was only for a second then every one desides to take off runnig to ther cars but me and my boyfriend dident we stad and we walked arond and then we herd something walking so we left

I’ve been to Ellerbe about 3 or 4 times (I live in Shreveport). I’ve never seen anything paranormal there, although it is a pretty creepy place. There is satanic and vulgar grafitti on the walls and bullet holes in the doors. I plan on taking my girlfriend out there on Friday the 13th. Also, does anybody know if there is aspestos(sp?)in there? I have trouble breathing somethimes when I go there.

Hey Drake….I went to send you a message today but saw your profile was deleted so I figured I would check this site out. Im glad to see its still getting posts. I havent been back to the school yet but really want to. I posted on here awhile back ab what happened to the school….in case people dont read all these post ill give a short version of it. My mom has lived here her entire life. I asked her ab the school. Its real name is George Washington Carver School. It was a prodominantly black school and closed down bc there werent enough students to fill the school. Sorry guys nothing out of the ordinary. BUT I do think that if there is anything out there its bc of what people did after the school was closed. Satanic rituals, animal sacrafices and all the other stuff done out there prolly makes that place have some kind of paranormal activity.

Can someone post more information on the Satanic cults that supposably held rituals and sacrifices at the school? And does anyone know any information about the owner of the land that the school is on? Sometimes I hear he rides on a horse and shoots at people with a pellet/paintball/BB gun, and other times I hear stories of him shooting at poeple with real guns. Any of this true?

James, The mans name is available at the Caddo Parish Court House in the land owner records. He does not shoot at people like alot of others believe. He will call the Law on you if he sees you hanging around. As far as Satanic cults, It was never known who they were. That all stopped out there a long time ago. They began holding rituals at very public places late at night like across the street from Huntington HS and behind the shopping center Harbor Freight is in on Bert Kouns. We found a dog back there that had been sacrificed and burned. The head was cut off and the body was thrown in a deep drain. They also did this behind Oak Terrace School on 70th Street with another dog. Some people began calling them the Canine Cult but they made that up themselves. There were more locations, some in Bossier, but who’s to say if it was the same group? There are several covens and Satanic groups in the S’Port/BC area. Most are populated by wealthy business owners but the ones that go out in public and hold their rituals are usually young people that aren’t old enough to be scared of getting caught.

Okay this school is FORREAL!! Here is my story… Today (June 14,2008) me and my mom went up there to see if all the stories we heard about Old Ellerbe was true.
So we get out the car and decided to walk up to the breezeway. we get there and decide to start taking pictures. we didnt go very far into the school because of the barbwire fence that was between two poles. We then told the kids that lie within the school that we werent there to hurt or take anything from them we just wanted some pictures. Well it wasnt until we left that the unexpected happened. All of a sudden we start walking back to the car and we hear something in the bushes we turned around and nothing was there. so we took off running back to the car. When we got home we took the pictures off of the camera and that when we really got scared. In half of the pictures we took there were little kids in them. Scary. i really wanna go back and see what else we could find in that school!!

Drake, How are you doing? I have read all the post over the last two days and I am curious if it was you that mentioned Sligo road? I use to live in Southgate estates in Bossier, my dad still live there. Anyhow we use to ride four wheelers all around Sligo rd and I’m just curious what is it that is out there that is haunted.

As far as the school I have been to the school several times only during the day though. It was atleast 10 years ago when we would go. We never seen anything unusual. We took several pictures and I can’t remember any orbs in them. I do plan on digging them up tonight to double check. Out of all these post I can’t believe I don’t see the story I was always told. I was told the school was a private girls school and a few girls sat themselve on fire in the gym and in the gym is the burnts spot on the floor underneath one of the goals. I never believed that ****. I would love to hear back from you about some other places in shreveport/Bossier.

April, I don’t remember anything on Sligo Rd. There was a place off of Shed Rd. but thats a long way from Sligo. Do you know about the bell tower at Taylortown?They say some nights you can see a light in the top of it. That’s pretty close to Sligo.
