At night, one may hear the screams of children and the sound of a school bell.”…Ok, the only thing true about the statement above is the building with all the lockers knocked out. I am 27 and have lived in Shreveport my whole life. The school was closed down because more local high schools opened and they lost business and its burned because it caught on fire. My mom remembers when it was up and running. The grafitti that is on the walls is from bored high school kids and alleged satan worshippers that go out there. The old man that owns it will shoot at you if he catches you and the cops will arrest you for trespassing.

I seen it for my self and it is true. It is an scarey place. So if you want to go to a scarey place for Holloween or anytime go there. It’s an place thats really scarey and you shhould take your friends there. IF YOU ARNT’T TO SCARED!!!!!!!!!!

First of dont go on halloween dont go out there cops are out there alot. but i went for the 2nd time and when i went into the first hallway i heard children talking. i told my brother and daughter to be quiet and they got louder. it sounded like they were at recess playing. they just kept saying common lets go. we got somemore pics but nothing was in them but the story of hearing children is true. but i definatly would like to go and finish looking because we only got to the auditorium and the first 3 hallways. but i will return!!

AMANDA JEAN, sorry it took so long to answer you. I have been out of town for about a week. I came home to Gustav, lol. The forum wouldn’t work. It kept shutting down and wouldn’t let anyone sign on to it. I’m gonna try to make another one or we can use one on this site. Let me know what you want the name to be. Pea farm is worth checking out. It’s just sort of complicated to get into if you’re going with someone who has never been before, b/c its basically walking through the woods. I’ve also heard of peoples cars getting vandalized while out there

Drake: whenever yall go to Ellerbe or the Pea farm be sure to let me know bc I wanna go. I still havent been back out to Ellerbe. I have seen some of the tunnels that Drake was talking ab but like he said they werent really tunnels anymore. If you go in the basement at 516 Soundstage there are some tunnels that lead up to the roads and the ones that dont lead up to the roads have a bunch of wires hanging down in them and they were pretty flooded and unpassable. I do know of an abandoned building downtown and how to get into it. There might be tunnels in it but when we went to check out the basement it looked like someone was living there so we left.

Hey, I was reading on here and saw somethings about the Lost City, I’m originally from Vivian. The Lost City is actually located on the out skirts of Rodessa almost in Texas. It used to be a gas plant. There was an explosion that pretty much destroyed the building. Over the years, rumors have circulated saying its haunted. Supposedly, cult members went there for rituals and sacrifices.

Okay.. I went to elerbe and trust me nothing was there and it was a waste of time nothing came out nothing was there expect for the snakes and cows.. and cops!

I’ve been to the school a few times. Last time i went i was with 5 friends. It was October 22, 2006. I remember that day because it was right after my 17th Birthday. I just recieved my licence that day and my father told me to have fun in the truck. So me and 5 friends decided to go to Ellerbe at about 9pm. All we had was a few glow sticks no flashlights. We were there for about 50 mins and didn’t see nor hear a thing. As we were walking out though that was a different story. The owner of the property drove by in a white Ford pickup truck with 1 head light out. He passed the school as we were walking out, and because we were parked right infront of the school he saw the truck. We heard the truck slow down stop and start to turn around so we took off running to the truck. Haveing heard the stories about him we were kinda scared. I got in and let me tell u 6 ppl in a small crucab Toyota Tocoma Standard is cramped lol. So i was trying to shift and speed up. By the time i got to the 4way i was goin 75 mph and was still excelerating. He was still gaining. He followed us for about 5 miles past the 4way. I remember hitting 110mph in the truck. Other then that we saw / heard nothing at the school but did have a fun time.

Trey, Happy Birthday. You’re almost legal! There’s alot of activity out there now with all the drilling going on. There’s cars and trucks going down the road constantly. The school is almost completely overgrown with trees and bushes. Valdameir, that was prolly a bull in your azz and I bet you got mad cow aids now. Better go ahead and jump off the water tower so you wont die slow.

My friends and I went out there on January 13, 1995 (Friday the 13th). The most we saw was a lot of writing on the walls and cows everywhere. No ghosts/demons/screaming…… Lucky for us, the owner was not around to shoot his rifle that he IS known for using.

There are NO ghosts here. no kids died/came up missing at the school….. no “beloved janitor” ever came up missing…
