If anyone knows the area its across from towline the bowling alley in sagus. Its actually on the sagus malden melrose line. But however you go up between the dealership and there’s a street called penny rd actually not lane. And u go up a bump rd that turns into a windy one. About 5 min up there is a street call Dexter rd, u take a sharp left on it. the house is at the end of the dead end street, (its a private way) But i would recommend to be careful because I almost got arrested there cause of the cops. When u walk up his long driveway there is an alarm that goes off. An old man does live there, but from what i recently heard it is know a banded. If that’s true he must of died recently. And i heard a totally different story about a kid named billy dying and u call his name at the stop sign but idk. If you go up there do post, and let me know how it is since i wont be going back there haha

Went there tonight. It’s on Mill Road all the way in the back. There’s one house where people live so be careful. Don’t go at nite, as you might be attacked by whatever is there. Heard banging upstairs and for some reason couldn’t move when I tried to get out the window. Also, a couple people I was with saw a face looking out the upstairs window. There’s also poop everyhwere so watch out.

ive always been into haunted houses this on i saw today and it does look haunted i might write a paper on it but i need the history of this house

My hubby toldme of a place near the Melrose library that he & his friends used to explore..it was told that an escaped convict in the late 1890′s killed an entire family and when the cops came looking for him, he hung himself. My hubby said he & his friends (in the early 1960′s) were in the abandoned house & they heard a noise & saw a man in attire from the 1880′s walking around like he was looking for something..then he just dissappeared. He said it was on Emerson Place or Bradford St and years later it became for a short while a religious home it has since been torn down.
