Hey everyone I've lived in worcester my entire life and some stories about the place are true, and some are plain myth . As far as murders there's only one real accounted for of a Six year old getting beat to death by a young adult (19) in front of one of the three hidden caves. Many people have been there and not found much but let me tell you there's more then meets the eye. As far as directions follow the back or the worcester regional airport untill your next to the end of the runway with the giant red lights flashing on one side of the street . And a huge feild to the other side of it, they'll be a yellow bar that's a barracade for cars to not enter a path. Follow the path about a mile or so and you'll be at the entrence of spider gates.

DO NOT GO TO SPIDER GATES!. First and foremost, my friend had been on multiple occasions. The time I joined him the cops gave him a citation, apparently because he had already been told not to visit again. It is a private and active cemetery still used today. Secondly, there IS only one gate, and a few graves. The "River Styx" is a small stream that runs through the area, not large enough to put a toy boat in. The walk there is long, and adds to spookiness, but there is nothing there to mention or to write home about. Again, if you go there you will most likely be shunned away by Leicester police. In response to the orange moon post, if you are to do something as complicated as you say, then obviously it is meant for noone to do and therefore is a crock of bull.

I've been to Spider Gates a few times and never had any experiences, I was creeped out a bit but had no experiences. The couple times I have been there have only been during the day anyway. BUT! My dad's fiance took pictures in the cemetary at night and there were orbs over each grave in the cemetary, so I am undecided.

My friends and I went there a couple years ago...we didnt see anything haunted although just being there around Halloween it was creepy. We did get stopped by the police on the way back to the car so be careful because they do patrol the area frequently.

Spider Gates is protected by a a secret cult which controls many of the local communities including the board of selectmen in Leicster MA. When police patrols are heavy in the area of Spider Gates that means there is a ceremony is being preformed within the walls of the eight gates. The other 7 gates are only visible during an orange moon in the harvest season. During this time if you pass through the main gate 3 times while reciting the Hail Mary from the last word to the first word ( in reverse), cross over the alter with your eyes closed and not making a single sound, then listen for and follow the sound over the second wall and to the babbling brook. Follow the brook up stream to the first wooden fence line, do not cross the fence line with out a blessed cross, because beyond that fence you will encounter the red eyed hoofed beast!

Forgot to mention...the orange and blue lights you see are lights from the runways at the Worcester airport, which borders the woods around Spider Gates. And if you do go, you def. have to eat at Hot Dog Annies! Get the bbq dogs!
