Real Haunted House

Rogue’s Hollow

Clinton, Iowa

This whole area of town is haunted by the victims of a derailed train. Sometimes the light of the train may be seen. The main complaint, however, is that if one is crossing the tracks, his car will stall. The only thing he can do is sit there and let the phantom train pass through his vehicle. The nearby mill, which has been abandoned for many years, is said to start up every Halloween.

I know this place is in Ohio. I looked it up so those people who say they have been there in Clinton must have drank too much robitusson. I alo believe that every place has its mysterious hauntings. The cementeries there are loaded with it. I always got chills when i was a kid and my grandma would be driving into town with me and we’d pass MtSt Claire, I swore i have seen nuns in the windows and glowing lights. I told her a few times when i seen the nuns and she told me it was just my imagination. I also believe most of the older homes are haunted just like in any other town. I currently am working with a paranormal team and think alot of the places in Clinton would be amazing for research.

2friends and myself use to living in Building 1600 in Cambridge and that building was the old Morge when it was Schick Army hosp. My friend actually had a Levitation experience in our apartment. And when we came back home from being gone, things would be moved around. The other friend saw a Soldier holding his arm out with a bloody cloth in it. I myself never have seen any Spirits thank God, cuz i would freak out. They say only some can see spirits and Im glad Im not one of them!!
