You all are being ridiculous. I don’t think It matters weather or not its spelled right or capitalized. I think this girl was just a young girl and she may not have known better. She was upset! I do believe it is rude to have boarded up the window . She was probably a harmless spirit just wanting to speak her mind but, now I don’t blame her for being furious!

I find this story offinsive! I am a christian and beleive God would never kill any living thing! This story is obviously made up.

Well, back to the story.
The house in mention as far as my colleagues and I can tell from our experienced hunts there is “NOT” haunted.
As far as history archives go there is no mention of anything ever happing in that house to a girl being killed by anything or anyone.
Interviews with past tennants also provided no unexplained activity there.
So it possibally is no more than folklore.

I received an e-mail that tere is no such history regarding a girl being struc by lightning or any signs of true haunting but I did notice that the window facing the cemetary is now exposed wich in my opinion if there is any spirits there they are at peace now to be able to see out.

I went this past week and took a picture of the house to show my family. I did not notice any thing till I got home. My wife’s family is from there and she loaded the pictures and saw a image in the window facing the cemetery. There is also a image in the front door. I did not believe her till I saw it for my self.

On day my mother was taking me and my brother by the house this was before the wood was put up, but she was telling us the story. It was a stormy day and we pulled over to look up at the window and hem the rain blew on to the window, it looked as if there was a face there. My little brother saw it 2. We don’t know if it was there or just the rain on a window but it looked jus like a face.

Okay I Live In The Same Town As The Sexton House. This Past Halloween They Took Dow nThe Boards And Paint From The Window. Yet, She Is Still There. I Saw Her. The Day They Took The Paint And Boards Off The City Threw A Big Celebration In The Yard Of The Sexton House, Where They Told Stories Of The Sexton House. Well My Mom Told Me That The Girl Who Died In The House Was Sixteen, And Nobody Who Has Lived In The House Has Lived There For More Than Sixteen Years, They All Move Or Die.

well pretty much this is true but i hear that the girl got mad and cursed God because her parents said that she couldnt go to the dance and that her face appears only when it thunders or storms. but anyways i live two miles from this house and i drive past it every day…its pretty scary

Wow, kinda cool that this is online. I am from Lewisburg, and have grown up only minutes away from the Sexton house. Unfortunately, it’s no where near as scary and haunted like as people make it out to be, but I do swear that you really can see that freaky image still. I drive by the house on my way to work everyday at the Country Club. It’s quite historical.
