Sleepy Hollow Lane
It has been rumored that if one stops on the road, rolls down the windows, turns the ignition off, and then yells, “Come to me” three times, he will hear and see many ghosts. The car will the not be able to start until the next morning.
Why the HECK would you do that?

Do you want to know how it can be done? The reason is there probley was alot of people that died on that road. Ghosts collect energy overtime which could expain why the car won’t start the next morning. They can take engery from anything they want if they are powerful enough. That is how they possess people. When they are dead for awhle the eventualy store enough energy to possess people. In a sence they are able to control people . It all can get worse from here.

Well seeing as how i am a ghost i know that what you say about energy collection is 100% true. Just last week i possessed 54 souls but none could provide sufficient energy so i had to go to a car dealership and suck the energy out of all those cars.

I live in Trenton. I have never ever heard of that before, but I have been on that road a couple of times at night. Actuallualy around halloween. It looks creepy on that road because it’s right beside the Gibson County lake and the moon always reflects off the water. The next time I go back there I will try it, but I doubt it very much.

in huntsville their is a railroad tracks that at late at night you can go to a railroad .park your car get out, put power on roof and inside if you have thing that are value take them out and wait at 12:00 eactly the car well turn flip but no train what until it stoops go to the car you will see foot prints and hand prints. and some things well not be be there like keys or money ect.
Because long a go 5 kids for a gang were go to a friends house at 12:00 and got killed from the train there are more like some say it is a van full of kids coming home for a football game late at night no one knows for sure .

I swear this is true. My grandparents went there when they were like 20 or something. They were looking for ghosts, and they were with this other girl. They stoppped the car and just sat there for a minute. They heard a noise and the other girl got scared and hit my grandfather really hard on the top of the head. They tried to start the car back up. It didn’t work the first time. It took about ten minutes to start the car back up. To me that would be really freaky, but I wouldn’t hit someone on the head unless I was mad at them. Maybe. I live in Union City, Tennessee, and that’s not too far from here. Maybe me, my boyfriend, and his parents can try it sometime.

My family and I passed through that road on our way back to my hometown in Tennessee (Franklin County), and the road looked normal to me. Not at all menacing, but I wouldnt be dumb enough to take my chances of screaming for a bunch of ghosts to come pay me a visit. Thats just stupid. :/

I drive down Sleepy Hollow a few times a week during the day and night. I’ve never tried that chant thing, but I’m pretty sure if I did, all I’d hear is perhaps a dog barking in the distance. I wouldn’t try it though, I have enough demons as it is. Never ask anything to come to you unless you’re sure you want it! Even if nothing materializes, it doesn’t mean that nothing has bared it’s ugly face. There are stories about Sleepy Hollow, probably just because of the name, and it used to be a lot creepier than it is. The lake has lightened it up a bit, I think. I know of at least one person who died there several years ago; apparently, drunk and froze to death. People say that you can see strange lights there, but I’ve never seen anything unusual. Sometimes you might have to dodge a deer. It may be creepy, but if you live in the country, you’re used to it, especially if it is a familiar route.

I live down the road from sleepy hollow in Trenton and this is all a joke it doesn’t work. People started this because of the name and basically to take girls and try to scare them. The only ghosts that show up are the ones dressed in a white sheet put out there by their friends to scare each other.

and one night me and my best friend rachel were spending the night together and we thought it would be fun to try that… and well lets just say that we didn’t really believe that anything would happen…

O.K. Cool. Ghost and spirits are real. Its a mystery that they can hurt us. But lets think about God. Would God let harmful evil spirits roam the Earth killing innicont people??? Would he? I just want to say that I think people should pay attention to what they read. The opening comment states that your car won’t start until the next morning…not that it won’t start the next morning. As if claiming spirits inherit energy from power sources isn’t stupid enough…it’s not even relevant to this particular story. I live in this town and know exactly were this Sleepy Hollow Lane is. I can attest to the FACT that this is total BS. There are no lights on this gravel road so if you stop your car turn off the engine and lights and say this phrase you may get a little creeped out, but that is all. no ghosts. no problem with car starting (unless it has REAL problems) so unfortunately this is not were you go if you want to find ghosts. so sad. besides ghosts aren’t real.

but if you take the left of the ‘y’
you will go a few miles if that.
There is a doctor with lots of land and a lake and a black chainlinked fence to the right.
begin looking for a gravel road to your left. Thats it.

Oh my goodness! I’ve been to this place so many times! But I wasn’t going to this road on account of the ghosts. I was going to the Gibson Co. lake to make love to a Mako Shark.. but anyhoo.. this story is TRUE! One night me and my lover, Hank WIlliams (a mako shark) had just finished up. He told me the story of Sleepy Hollow lane. I had heard it before because I live in Trenton. He yelled it and it worked! Sacry ghosts came out of everywhere! They were all naked so it was very humorous! One even tried to stick it in but Hank didn’t stand for that! Well I’d really like to see some comments on this! Thanks

but the story is a little different it is rumored that long ago a couple was out riding around and had a wreck she was thrown from the car and decapitated he survived and if you go there pull over to the side blow your horn 3 times and flash your light 3 times and then cut off your car she will come out of a pond and approach you if you let her get close enough she will ask if you have seen her boyfriend. but while she is coming near your car will not want to start but it will sooner or later but it wont take all night….. Now If this is not the one in Trenton then it is in Lauderdale County. I just don’t remember where I was cause it was too long ago but i know it is to be true cause I seen it and scared me shitless… but then again I believe in stuff of that nature… But I know it as headless hollow but then again same diff.

I’m pretty sure that there’s supposed to be something in there about a headless guy on a horse in Sleepy Hollow. You know, The Legend of the Headless Horseman?! Seriously. It’s supposed to be one ghost, head blown off by a cannon, blah, balh, blah…

Ok this might solve everybodys problems. I used to live less than 2 miles from this place ever sence I was 2 or 3. I have tried everything they said to do but nothing has ever happened. Just to let you know how much I know about it i am now 17 and I moved from there maybe 2 months ago. The only thing that you might have heard that is true is there is a black panther out there some where (there is more now cause the TWRA released about 15 to 20 out around that area sometime last year). Oh yeah and this Seepy Hollow has nothing to do with that dang headless horseman.

Does any1 know where that place is? I think all the stuff about ghosts is sooooo cool and I totally believe. I live in Illinois and there is this place called Moore’s Cemetary. There is one pole thingy with the light on it. It is said that if you go out there when it is really dark(works best during a full moon)and just sit there with your car running, the Blue Lady walks. You know when she’s there because the light goes out and your car shuts off untill she leaves. No telling how long that can be. My moms new bf went there with a couple of his friends when he was a teenager and caught her on tape. I’m totally not kidding. That is REALLY FREAKY!

My uncle’s gf, Margaret, lives in an old soldier hospital full of ghosts. They pinch her, hit her, and move her stuff around. She had some ghost hunters come to her house. One of them was a woman on fire who slept on her spare bed. When my uncle was playing on his drums, and a ghost pinched him on his arm, and he could see his skin lifting up. The ghost woman goes into the basement alot. The ghost hunters went up there and took the doll the ghost plays with and put it on the shelf. A few minutes later, they caught the ghost on tape sliding the doll to the other side of the shelf. The ghosts also used to put my uncles drums out of tune. This srory is totally and completely 100% true. I swear!
