Real Haunted Houses

Real Haunted House

Some railroad tracks on the south side of town (the sticks)

San Antonio, Texas

While on the way home, a bus full of first and second graders broke down while driving across these railroad tracks. Rather than going to look for help, the driver told the children to get off the bus and push it across the tracks; they were struck down by a train. Now it is said that if one drives to the site and puts the car in neutral, it will be pushed over the tracks. Allegedly if one spreads baby powder on the back of the car before going to the site, he will see fingerprints when he leaves.

Anthony,
Can we see your video? I’m sorry if this question was already asked – there are way too many comments to read them all. This is very interesting. I’ve never seen a ghost, but I’d like to believe there really are ghosts and spirits out there watching and trying to communicate with us, in their own way. I’m sure I’ll never make it to those track so watching the video would be great! Thanks!
Joy

Yeah this is true..because I went there last time I was in San Antonio. It was me, my dad, my cousin, and my uncle. We went and tried it but we didnt put baby powder on the car because it was really foggy so we didnt have to.When we went there we parked it over the tracks and put the car in neutral. All of a sudden we just started moving, and when we stopped moving we hopped out of the car and you could see nothing but little handprints all on the side of the car and the back.

helllloooo the tracks are not in the north side….they are in the southside of san antonio…mission road……and yes ive been there done that also and i dont believe it….because your car has to be in neutral …hello any car will move if u have it in neutral….we stopped our car completely and it didnt move at all….if it is a super natural thing then i would think they could move your car even if it wasnt on neutral!!!!!!!!

Back in October of 2005 I went to San Antonio to visit my friend John. He took me to the tracks. There were about 5 other cars there testing the tracks.

We did not do any baby powder but we did test the rolling.

We turned the car off and put the engine in nutr. The car started to roll. It was not a gradual roll. It was sorta like a push.

My friend John was scared to push the brakes but then the cars infront of us were stopping on the tracks and stuff so he was forced to stop. As soon as he let off the brakes were were instantly pushed forward.

Although it clearly looks uphill people claim to have tested it and it is slightly downhill.

There is a slight incline from the road to the track and there are ruts in the track that would cause you to stop or get stuck.

I believe something other than gravity is pushing you, do I believe the bus story.. can’t say.

It needs to be tested with other rolling objects. A motorcycle, bicycle, try a ball like a basketball… put the car facing away from the tracks, does it still roll backwards?

Who knows if it is actually true. I have lived in Texas my entire life and have heard the story many different times and many different versions. I have also seen shows on it. One show in particular says the road is actually slant down and that’s what causes the car to roll. The finger prints reported seen are probably the finger prints of the car owner cause our skin oils would leave a resude behind that could show up. But I am believer in the spirit world but this particular story I don’t know if it is true. I have never personal seen it even though I have been the San Antonio so I can’t say either way.

I cant believe everyone thinks they are actually being pushed!!!! Its clearly on a downhill slope and its a SLOPE YOU CAN SEE CLEARLY!!! Now I would be extremely impressed and freaked out if you could go to the other side of the crossing and put your car in neutral and be pushed cause thats a serious up hill slope on the other side. I did try it on the other side and my car almost went into the ditch AWAY FROM THE TRACKS because of the slope. Those dang kids almost let my car roll into the ditch!!!!!!! I guess it is kinda fun to take narrow minded folks their that will believe in something as retarded as that.

well this is a true story, i went with my family close to midnight at night since i knew about this ever since i was a kid and pretty much we put baby powder all over the trunk and we all parked on the track and we pretty much stay quiet and all the suddenly i gotten lightheaded and my cousin said she seen something going by and we all felt a push and then once we got to the other side i felt fine… we look and there were small and big hands print hey i got proof i took pictures of it, it just an interesting experience and i do believe in those things…. so believe it

none of this is true there are no records of children being killed there. As far as the car moving when in neutral, it’s all some kind of gravity. I hang out at the softball field that is next to these tracks every friday and I haven’t seen any ghosts of children yet.

Sadly this is a total fake. There has never been a train wreck involving a bus-load of children at this intersection. Texas DPS and local police records have been searched – no wreck, no kids, nada to support this tale. It is a total urban legend.

Also the road goes DOWN hill – it’s an optical illusion making it seem that it is going uphill.
