Some railroad tracks on the south side of town (the sticks)
While on the way home, a bus full of first and second graders broke down while driving across these railroad tracks. Rather than going to look for help, the driver told the children to get off the bus and push it across the tracks; they were struck down by a train. Now it is said that if one drives to the site and puts the car in neutral, it will be pushed over the tracks. Allegedly if one spreads baby powder on the back of the car before going to the site, he will see fingerprints when he leaves.

Go outside and put baby powder on the back of your car now and then go to bed. In the morning there will be hand prints and fingerprints, You touch your trunk and you leave the oils from your hands there. DO it and see.

I have been to the site. You have to turn you car completely off for it to work right. If you just coast you will roll down the hill you have to stop and put you car in park and turn off the engine just before the railroad. About 5 seconds after you turn your car off you will feel your car being pushed. If you put the powder on your car you will see about 5 sets of little fingers on your bumper.

I’m from S.A. I have been there many times..this place was even on tv before. You put your car in neutral or turn it off and you are pushed up the hill and completely over the tracks. & yes it is up a little hill. I didnt try the baby powder thing bc i figured my handprints would show up. But yall should go see it. It’s crazy!

I have heard this story since I was a little girl, and I have several relatives that have been there, and say that the car does move and that you can see hand prints. I personally do want to try it one day to experience it for myself.

I have heard about this many times and actually have thought of taking the trip to see for myself. What i want to know is it true? also, they have some videos on you tube about the tracks and some people who have taped themselves goin over the tracks. also, there was picture taken near the railroad tracks and it shows a picture of a child holding a teddy bear. I wonder if it is from the bus incident. also, is it true that all of the roads around the tracks were renamed to the names of the children who died in the crash?

for those of you who say that you’ve seen a ghostly train… you’re a liar. and for those of you who claim to have turned your car completely off… you’re a liar. for those of you who have had fingerprints… they’re from you (previously due to the oils in your hands – ask and csi person). and for those of you who have “been pushed”… you rolled. the tracks appear to be going in an upward slope but in fact the tracks go downward about 80ft before the tracks and 65ft afterwards. if your car is in neutral, you will roll – not be pushed. this story with the bus happended in utah – not san antonio.
i have been there and i did roll. i compared the 2 handprints i found on my car to mine. i turned my car off right on top of the tracks 4 times and nothing happened. i sat there for 10 minutes twice and 3-5 minutes the other 2 times because there were cars coming.

It works. I went there. I did it. The surrounding streets ARE named after the kids. Just look, there NAMES. It was surprising and a little unsettling, I don’t know what the hell was pushing us. Oh and if your car’s really dirty, handprints show up too. So you people who say that its oils, get your car freakin dirty, then tell me how the oils got on there.

HI! I LIVE IN THE RIO GRANDE VALLEY AND HAVE HEARD ABOUT THIS FREAKY STORY IN SAN ANTONIO. BUT IF YOU WANNA HEAR SOMETHING VERY REAL AND SPOOKY HEAR THIS ONE OUT. ABOUT 18 OR 19 YRS AGO A BAD SCHOOL BUS/COCA COLA TRUCK ACCIDENT HAPPENED IN ALTON TX. THIS IS LOCATED IN THE LOWER RIO GRANDE VALLEY. THE SCHOOL BUS WAS STRUCKED BY THE COKE TRUCK AND WAS PUSHED INTO A CALICHE DITCH THAT HAD ENOUGH WATER TO CAUSE SOME OF THOSE STUDENTS TO DROWN. I PASSED BY THE ACCIDENT SIGHT THE NEXT DAY IT HAPPENED AND IT FELT VERY VERY FREAKY. BUT NOW SO MANY YEARS LATER THEY SAY THAT IF YOU GO BY THERE AT NIGHT YOU CAN HEAR ALL THESE CHILDREN CRYING FOR HELP. COME BY AND VISIT THE SIGHT I NEVER WENT BACK EVENTHOUGH I LIVE ABOUT 20 MINUTES FROM THERE. I DONT GO BACK CAUSE I DO BELIEVE THE PEOPLE THAT HAS HEARD THEM AND IM TOO SCARE TO GO. REMEMBER THIS PALCE IS LOCATED AT ALTON TX, NEAR MCALLEN TX I DONT KNOW THE NAME OF THE STREET BUT IF YOU COME AROUND HERE JUST ASK ANYBODY ABOUT IT AND THEY WILL DIRECT YOU TO THE SIGHT. AND IF YOU WANNA RESEARCH IT, IT HAPPENED ABOUT 18 OR 19 YRS AGO.

The pplace is just folklore. There never was a bus accident. The childrens names on the streets, are the names of the children of the builder of the homes around that area. The prints on your car come from your own oils off your skin. the reason some look tiny is where the oil is concentrated. Not all get picked up by the powder. And finally, a study was done where it showed that you actually move down, not up over the tracks. It may appear you go up, but you go down before you hit the tracks, and gravity takes you over

This site is real. I went there a few times.
It is difficult to give directions to the site. I was shown where it was one time and after that I was just able to find it. I don’t know the directions or streets to get there, but I am just able to find it every time. I know that sounds crazy, but I always drive right to the site. It is in the South side of San Antonio off of Military Dr. in an area where there are a lot of historical markers.
The children do push you. One time when we were being pushed foward, we stepped on the brakes and we heard little heads bumping up against the back of the car. When we let off the breaks, they started to push us again. No one has mentioned it that I’ve seen, but passing the tracks up is slightly uphill. The childrens’ names are in the small neighborhood next to this street. There are many streets with names like Tommy St., Susy St., (I don’t know if these are the correct names, but that is the feel of it).
I don’t know if the story of the accident is true (children in bus accidents occur more often than we’d like to believe, not just in Utah), but it sure feels like the story is true when you go there.
This is the only experience I have ever had that feels like a real encounter w/the supernatural. There are many people that go and turn off their cars completely and everybody gets pushed forward and most people consistently get tiny fingerprints on their powdered bumpers. I think it is safe to say 99 out of 100 people who have visited the site recognize there is an oddity about this site. Keep in mind – noone makes money off this site and anybody from the public can visit it.
As for the site location, I can see why anybody would be suspicious with no directions to get there. Maybe the locations can be found on google maps with the area I gave and trying kid names as streets. I wish everybody who doubts this site could experience it. It is the one experience that has made me believe that maybe ghosts do exist.

Alright so I read enough of these comments. I heard the same story but the one I heard, the location is different. I was born and raised in San Diego, CA and a friend of mine told me that same story but that it happened in San Diego. He went to that site and he was going to take me there but I kinda punked out lol. So I dont believe this story to be true. I guess I have to experience it for myself.

I have known this story to be true my whole life. My parents lived in San Antonio during the 70’s while my dad was in the Air Force. They used to tell my siblings and me about how they went to the railroad tracks once, and were pushed to the other side. They never mentioned any baby powder, so I don’t know if there were hand prints on the back. I totally believe this story is true. It is kind of cool too. I want to try it sometime.
