Well i have been to the alamo a few times. THe last time i went i was thirteen and now i am older but i have never experienced anything so i really don’t believe its haunted i just think it was another story to amuse or terrify people. I also think that some of these people here are not telling the whole truth. Though that is just what i think I am not calling any body a liar

The number 666 can be seen on the Alamo in the right corner as you face the front. It appeared and cannot be washed off. Ghost tour of San Antonio pointed it out and it is really there. Check it out.

One time when I went to the Alamo For a class feild trip I was standing near the well and I saw a man appear at the bottom of the well and when I looked around I saw men some laughing in a terible high pitched sound and some men crying. One mane looked defintly familiar. It was David Crocket. He wore a small Raccon Hat and had an enormas knife in his right pocket. I ran to my techer and group. They all looked but then everything was gone.

My name is Roger, and I’m a 34 year old Olive Garden employee/dishwasher. I still live with my mom, and yes, for those of you wondering I do happen to be fond of Dungeons and Dragons. We decided to take a trip to the marvelous city of San Antonio, and this is my story. Once upon a time I too took a grand visit to the infamous Alamo. I was helping my mom wheel around her oxygen tank, and while she lit her Newports I happened to notice a man through the smoke she blew into the hot summer air. I stood shocked because a man in the distance seemed to have a rabid raccoon attacking the top of his head. Even more strange, he was playing the violin ever so passionately. As I looked closer I saw that the raccoon was dead, and placed ever so carefully on his head. He seemed to be doing some foreign dance to celebrate the varment’s death and continued to play the violin. Suddenly my mother, Beatrice, went into an asthmatic attack, and I turned my attention to her. When i looked back I noticed that the strange tribal man was gone. When we got back to the trailer park, I told my mom about the days events. She seemed to be in shock, but it was just another asthmatic episode. I wanted to tell her after she took her breathing treatments, but she fell asleep on the kitchen floor from too much Southern Comfort. Anyways this is the first time I’ve told this story to anyone. Or for that matter had contact with the real world. The End.

The majority of you people are on crack or taking a
couple of shots of vodka before hitting the keyboard.
Yes, I believe that The Alamo is haunted considering
all of the violence and what happened there. On a
visit, I had a picture of my sister and I taken in
the front and there were 2 “orbs” that were caught on
it. And that is about the ONLY experience that I’ve
had there.

I agree with Brianna. Most of you don’t even make sense. Does anyone monitor these comments? I have been to the Alamo several times. I have never seen any ghosts, but I have felt a heaviness come over my body and great sadness. Considering the slaughter that took place there, it wouldn’t surprise me if the Alamo was haunted. By the way, grow up or stay off of these message boards. Idiotic comments show your lack of intelligence.

For those of you who would like to know of other Haunted Hotels in the San Antonio area. We stayed this past summer at the Omni Mansion Del Rio Hotel right along the Riverwalk. I tell you what, this Hotel is just way to creepy for me. The management at this hotel does not want the public to know that it is haunted. However, my husband got some creepy ghost stories out of an employee there. I know that this place was built in the 1850’s, otherwise it is a beautiful hotel. If anyone knows any stories on this Hotel please give us your story
