If you go to the alamo and nothing happenes to you, it's ok, the ghosts may be bored of you or something. Anyway, if you want to get killed by any ghosts, try sprinkling some holy water around, that would make them mad.
There is also a way of protecting yourself from ghosts, but don't think you will need it as you will eventually die soon.

I remember i went there once and there was a man with a raccoon hat looking out the window. He had a rifle with him and he shot out the window a few times. A few people around me were killed and then i was shot too. I was eating a burger at the time and i dropped it while i was dying. :)

i live in a town near the alamo. i havent been to the alamo in years. I am one of those peoples who are real intrested in ghost, so i am going to check it out in a couple of days. i am only 14 if u must know. I do believe that there is such thing as ghost when my sister was 6 she could talk to my great gramps but the thing is she never met him she never saw a pic of him and he died way before we were born. I too have had some visits with ghost that i wish not to repeat. she still haunts me too. I do remember though when i went to the alamo when i was in 4th grade, there was a lady starring out the window, and i was telling my friends to wave at her, but they had no clue what i was talking about apparently i was the only one to see her.

Well one night i went to go see Iron man with my friends at rivercenter It was the last showing so you know it was night. me and my friends were walking around down town for a while and then we decided to go see a place by the alamo we walked right in front of the alamo then one of my friends stopped and said look we looked there was no one. we asked him what he saw and he said he saw a man just standing there inside looking at him. So then we started to tell each others stories about what we have heard about the alamo. so we were sitting right in front of the alamo then from a distance we saw a black figure quickly ran across and then disappeared. we all looked at each other and was wondering what we saw but then we looked again and right there at the entrance inside we saw a figure of a man just standing there so we just got up and quickly walked a way. the next day came and we went to visit the alamo during the day and we asked them about the alamo and they said the they have people going to tell them that they saw someone standing at the entrance before and then disappeared.

I have not read these comments yet - first wanted to leave my own. There are a lot of historical battlegrounds that are haunted. From the ones I've been to, the Alamo and Gettysburg are the two most haunted places I've noticed (all of this, of course, from my own perspective). Mom, grandma and I went to the Alamo several years ago. We were so affected by the hauntings we left early - definitely not trying to be involved with any of this ****. The sense of death is still very strong in this area, not only in the alamo, but in surrounding areas. In broad daylight we experienced soldiers patroling the grounds, conversations by the walls originating from thin air, intense feelings as though you are being watched from the inner cells, and there is also a knife in one of the display counters that belongs to a man named Bowie (i believe - not too familiar with TX history - I could be just confusing the man's name with the popular knife of today) that is not all it seems to be. I don't know if things have changed since I've been there, but I also vaguely remember a cell with very few amenities in there - I want to say it only consisted of a chair and MAYBE a bed/cot. Word of warning to be careful around there - I'm native american and our race is very in tune with spirits and there is definitely something in there that is not friendly to our people.
