My mom bought a house in Highland Park over 5 years ago. Mom began a remodel/renovation and an Auntie and me went to help her out with packing and moving so that work could begin. We slept in the same room, Auntie on a couch at the foot of the bed. The next morning she told us that a man had appeared right next to the couch and walked across the room to the door of the bathroom and then disappeared. Since then she’s had this habit of walking into the house and announcing herself, saying hello and that she is not there to do any harm. After several months of this, Auntie and another lady were in the house (Auntie in the kitchen, the lady in the informal dining room off the kitchen) when a male voice was heard. He called my Auntie by name! No one else was in the house, everyone had left for lunch. Needless to say, Auntie doesn’t go to the house anymore. Workers have reported hearing noises of someone walking up the stairs to the second floor and walking along the upstairs hallway, but when they check no one is there. That quickly escalated in to seeing a “shadow” of a man in different areas of the house or even standing in the immediate work area. About two summers ago I had to go in and get some bags out of one the bedrooms upstairs. Going up the stairs I felt the hairs on the back of my neck, but I shook it off. After the third trip down the stairs, the feeling of being watched was so strong that I ran out of the house. Since then I haven’t been inside the house after dark. Even when I go in during the day, I take my dog with me. The most recent appearance happened just last week, the worker chased (yes, chased!)the shadow through the living room where it disappeared among some boxes close to the chimney. I have an appointment with the lead worker so that I can begin to document all of their sightings. The place has me freaked out, I have a low tolerance level for being scared. I can’t let my mom move back in (we’ve been out of the house now for 2 1/2 years, for the remodel) until it can be blessed or something. That thing has got to go!!! Any suggestions??

Ok, so with all of Los Angeles and it’s colorful history, the only listing here is a house ’several miles from civilization’ with no address, that has rabbits in need of Rogaine. This is the best you could come up with? Several miles from civilization? Have you been to L.A.? Well the writers’ certainly were in no danger of losing a job to you during the strike. Keep the day job.

Ok, I might be going to a place like this for one of my vacations, but which one is really haunted?? I need to know. I was thinking the Whaley house and the Winchester house. I saw them on a television show and they sounded interesting.

My family lives down in Jalisco Mexico.
My dad recently went down there and was eager for him to come home.when he did i was wondering what was new.
We started talking about how a while back most my uncles and aunts would sleep in the last room in my grandmas house & they wouldd all mention that they always felt something in that certin room.My dad then starte telling me about his expierence.he said that he would be sitting down in the room or laying down,and he swore there was someone watching him.
[this was one night]

[second night]
my dad has a problem snoring,so one night when he was sleeping,he in some way heard himself startingto snore,then out of no where…something just shrugged him hard enough to wake him up.
he struggled going back to sleep but just started to pray in his mind,he fell asleep.
but damn i was creeped!
