The Boonies
Several miles away from most civilization lies a house known as The Boonies. It is said that an insane man and his rabbits lived in this house; the rabbits were all shaved. During the night, passers by would see a faint red glow coming from the house; they would also hear a high pitched wailing. The next day, rabbits with red skin would be seen running through the neighborhoods.

The spelling police are cracking me up!! I agree but who really cares?
This whole bunny thing just sounds ‘off’, don’t really know any other way to put it. Definitely sounds like an urban legend, I might Snopes it. I’ve lived in LA most of my life & have NEVER heard of the ‘Boonies’.

I have lived in la all my life and never heard of this. I’ve heard of gravity hill, the haunted forest in Pasadena, the rossevelt hotel, spradra cemetery(actually been there) and many other places. There are places that seem far away from civilization especially in the hills and canyons. Just because they say it’s in la doesn’t mean it’s somewhere in downtown. La is a huge city and the areas around it are known as the greater Los Angeles area.

These stories are fun to read, but lack too many details to really believe in. I’m open minded about ghosts, although I have never experienced any myself. Throughout my life though, I’ve had people who I consider to be credible tell me stories they have experienced, and I have no reason to doubt most of these people.
PS how many people leaving comments here are completely illiterate? Some of these comments are difficult to understand, they’re so poorly written.
