I stayed there a couple of years ago when I purchased a Corvair convertible from Bob Littlefield and he suggested staying at the inn and I found it to be a wonderful experience. The food was awesome and I slept like a log with no spooks looming around whatsoever.

I am a 10th generation descendent of Thomas Stanton, the Indian Interpreture and while on vacation I stopped in for lunch about 25 years ago. I look forward and plan to return for a longer visit when I depart this life so please leave my kinfolk alone.

As I said before I think the inn is extremely haunted and never said your relatives are whacks!!!! so I would appreciate it if you would apologize CRAIG WILLIAMS as I was one of the investigators that said it was a very haunted inn and would love to come back and do another investigation. I have to disagree with Caroline above we investigated the innand found it to be extremely haunted especially the attic and the tunnels where we photographed a figure of a man and in the attis a little girl who also talked to us and cried on our recorders as for the chinese people staying in the rooms there was no one staying there at the time of our investigationand as far as the owners they must have set the props up after because they wanted to see what we do first and havent heard from them since but all I know is what I saw and heard that night.

I live in Charlestown and I know for a fact that this place is not haunted. The owners, some whacks from California have set up props to get the attention. And i also know that there are chinese people that live in some of the rooms(they are the owners of the chinese restaurant located at the inn)that watch guests through holes in the walls. You are absolutely right that is creepy.
