The Julie Ideson Building
n this former public library which is adjacent to the new one, Mr. Cramer used to roam the premises during his days as a janitor in the early 1900s. He would spend his leisure time strolling about the halls playing melodies on his violin, and playing with his dog. In 1936, he died alone in his room, which lies in the basement. Employees report that eerie strands of violin music are heard throughout the halls, usually on dreary, cloudy days. Mr. Cramer has also been spotted in one of his favorite haunts during his mortal life–the history room.

I can’t believe Sally mispelled principal!!! I don’t know which school hired you, but you spell worse than the students, I’m sure. You should go back to that haunted building and try to get hired as the new janitor. Creepy.

I live in houston and I can say my house is haunted I have many things happed but the main ones well here they go:I have been living here at this house for 3 years and ever sence we started remodoling the kitchen we have had things happen. We were all asleep one day and I heard a lady cying a very creepy cry. First I heard it in the back yard then in the hallway and I thought I was going crazy but no My husband heard it to.So My brave husband told me to take a look,As I was getting up to check .The crying stoped.Another time at night we were all asleep and I heard a bang on the kitchen window and seconds latter a glass fell and shattered as if it was thrown with force. We thought it was a burglur but when we checked the house, the kids were asleep,The doors and windows were locked and there was glass on the floor.
We just cleaned up and said nothing. Now two days ago I was in bed and my husband was in the restroom when he came out and was about to get in bed the sink turned on by itself.I have no explesations for these things .So If u have an opinoin please let me know. MJESDEL@AOL.COM

I’ve never heard of this and i’m constantly looking for new hanuted places to go. I’m lame, yes, but this is something i’d like to experience. I think it’d be interesting if something would actually happen. I’ve experienced a whole lot when it comes to paranormal. But one of my favorite things to see, or hear rather, i’ve never done. EVP. I got chills typing that, haha. I’d love to experience my own EVP.

Why can’t half of the above posters spell correctly? What a sad commentary on the state of our current education system.
Whatever.
I am going on the Houston High Spirits tour this evening. The Julia Ideson building is among the stops on the tour. I’m looking forward to it.

I agree HotCarl4All, the ‘Leave a comment’ instructions specifically asks for correct grammar, capitalization, and puctuation.
The only scary thing here is that someone has given Sally Henson is the Principal of a school, uh-oh, what IS the state of our educational system?

I found this unbelievable. I was acctually there. The music was calm, yet errie. Anybody would want to leave, but they couldn;t unless it was after hours or someone who was not looking for something specific.
