I live about 5 minutes from it…it’s right off of US Highway 75, exit Mockingbird Lane and it will take you right to it.

I have been there a billion times…nothing creepy has ever occured.

I have been to that place too. But to be honest, I did see wet footprints that disappeared right in front of my eyes. It was creepy. I ran.

This is a true story, my mom and her best friend have told me and my brothers this story several times. My mom’s best friend’s mom was driving from work late at night one time, in the 80’s, they were teenagers. My mom happened to be spending the night at her friends house when her mother got home and told us about something strange that had just happened to her. She was driving home and she stopped at a store near by to pick up a drink or something and a woman walked up to her and asked if she could give her a lift home, she did, they got in the car and and drove off, next she looked over to right and the woman was gone, but left a wet puddle on the seat. She freaked out a little and went straight home to tell her daughter and my mom. I’ve asked my mom’s best friend and she admits its true. Creepy!!!

oh this place is between Dallas and Garland, TX. Take I30E, exit Winslow to Garland Rd. going North. Its on Garland Rd just past Gaston Rd. to your left, you’ll see the big lake. go at night.

One night in my house in texarkana, Texas I was trying to go to sleep when the tv was off, it turned on all by itself! I told my mom and she said, it was probably your imagination but I promise you it was not my imagination.

ok the lady of white rock lake is actually despite how clishe, a lady in white, it was her wedding day, she found out her soon to be fiance was cheating on her and she drowned herself… look it up in newspapers archives and u can see her, but i mean seriosuly now days who picks up a stranger and gives them a ride home???

I went up there one time with some friends. We were looking for the Lady in White, but we never saw anything.

the land i live on is haunted no joke. well in lufkin tx there was to girls riding there 4 wheeler and they fell into the pond. there dad saw it when it happened and ran to save them but it was to late. he saw a indian girl get out of the pond and run to this house. and i’v seen this house and an indian grave yard. well anyways. he saw there was blood in the water. so now he always wants to get two more daughters but the girl wants two more to kill. and i realy have seen these people some times.

no, the lady is going to get married, but the guy never showed up, and she was so upset by this that she went to a lake and drownd herself and now hichhikes with guys that r alone and tries to find out where he is.

When I was younger (around 18 or so) I took my dog for a walk at Flagpole Hill, which is close to White Rock. I am the type of person that laughs and jokes about stupid people and crazy things - this is real though. I felt a presence, as did my dog. So much so that I looked around, and everything felt it was in slow motion - you know - like when you are scared. The dog started backing up, and whining. The dog was truly frightened, and NEVER had I witnessed the dog doing this sort of thing. Later in time, this same dog would have to be put to sleep for acting “crazy.” (tounge hanging to the side/ always bleeding at the mouth from acting/ playing strangely). She was always “humping”, but remember - she was a female dog - not male. Never really accociated this with the White Rock event at that time. I never heard much talk of ghosts, and we did not have the internet, so I didn’t know this was considered a haunted place. The next morning, I went by there (drove by only) and it looked like a small tornado went through - trees were broken down - I cannot remember times - this would have been around 1989 or so. I think I felt the presence because I was alone, and my mind was clear - not focused on any distractions that day. I think that is when spirits connect with us. Plus, I was very rundown, and overloaded - another sure way the spirits enter - when your in a “sub-contious” state, I believe.

1989 - Derecho moved southeast across North Texas. This storm produced hail to baseball size, wind gusts to 100 mph and 1″ to 3″ of rain. Five people drowned from flash flooding, 22 people were injured due to high winds and many homes and businesses were damaged or destroyed.

My sister and I went there with our boyfriends on new years day. It was like at around 3 o’clock my sister and her boyfriend kicked us out of the truck and made us go outside. Me and my boyfriend were sitting together when we heard some really loud screams. I dont know what is was butI know one thing I believe in this kinda of stuff so… I dont know but I aint goin back there again!
