The Spaghetti Warehouse
This restaurant used to house furs and allegedly many murders occurred here as well. Many of the waiters who work at this establishment refuse to venture upstairs due to all the paranormal activity that takes place there.

Me and my family were suppose to go sometime in the month of october last year but we never did,so we plan to go sometime this year, ive never been there before but ive heard things about the place and one of my boyfriends cousins said that when she went into the restroom she started to hear the stalls opening and closing by themselves, and that the waiter looked real creepy. so i really wanna go check it out because i love haunted places. well if someone knows about any other place in houston or nearby besides jeff davis please let me know, and do they still have the spirit tours in downtown???

IT IS HAUNTED, I WENT TO THE ONE IN HOUSTON TODAY! I WAS i was in the girls restroom with my friends, we only heard thumps and creaks, so we were just having fun in there. then i got into a stall to check it out and closed the door, i heard a thump and i knew that my friend leaned against the door to hold me in; we were still laughing, but then i really couldn’t get out, the lock had locked itself, then the toilet behind me started to act up, make noises, and the water started to move. i freaked, i was pounding on the door trying to get out, i struggled with the lock until it opened, i blamed it on my friend, but she was on the door for only a second.i have three witnesses to verify that.

LAME! Hasn’t anyone noticed that every Spaghetti Warehouse claims to be haunted? Same for most of the Chuck E Cheese. I know groups that have investigated them, and nothing is found at all. It’s a marketing ploy.

Wow~! This forum of comments has led me to want to visit the Spaghetti Warehouse. : ) I myself live in Houston, Texas and have passed the Spaghetti Warehouse many times.: D It seems old and unique, since the building is shaped diffrently from the new buildings created. I haven’t visited, but hearing about the paranormal activities being witnesed has left me with goosebumps and shock~! o:
I’m eager to visit this place. Wow. I live here in Houston, and been passing a haunted house.I missed a BIG chance~!
Well I have been studying paranormal activities and been watching alot of haunted television shows. I’ve grown intrested and learned alot about the activities being played. Everyone should keep in mind that the Spaghetti Warehouse is a sturdy old building. Sometimes it’ll have sensitive areas, and will eventually make loud creaks and thumps. The small noises can be natural, or it could be something paranormal. Since I haven’t been there myself, I can’t surely be telling the truth. At the moment it’s just a story. Also hearing about the man dying there can be a cause. It’s a memory basically. The memory is eventually repeating itself. It’s trapt in the Warehouse. Most activity has been held in the bathroom and the second floor. Since I haven’t been there the elevator could possibly be connected by the bathroom, and all the memory is trying to find a source to escape from the area it was held at. The memory is probably confused, and now that people try to investigate this place, the memory is probably feeling threatend.
In Jane Smith’s place, she didn’t know about the hauntings, but witnessed alot of activity. In other ocassion other people are visiting and are proviking the spirit, which leaves the spirit into creating indescribable illusions. The spirit starts manipulating and wants the human OUT~! Please people. Do NOT make the spirit angry. If the spirit becomes threatend, then it will start targeting humans that are innocent to this case. If you know about the haunting, don’t go on and investigate imeediatly. Visit the place and have a good time, then try to see in anything paranormal happeneds.
I might not be right, but I left alot of possible facts. Since I’m only a 13 yeard old girl, I would be excited to visit this place~! I haven’t had anything excited to me happen yet, but maybe if I experience something paranormal at the Spaghetti Warehouse, I could probably find my answer~! : ) Can’t wait to visit~!

the second floor is really the 4th floor there are 2 floors underground I think I’m pretty there is at least one floor underground. One of the workers died in like the 1900’s by falling down am evlotar shaft and broke his neck. his wife died a year later. How no one knows how.

My father was into ghost hauntings and has taken me to the spaghetti warehouse. I can personally say I had a feeling of unease when i walked the top floor. It was very calm and quiet but at many times i would feel cold spots.

I ate here on a field trip in 9th grade. We ate in daylight on the second floor. At first wasn’t scary. The only thing that seemed menacing is the old and huge photo of that man. Some people said they heard whispers in their ears. If there were spirits here they seemed friendly. We even asked a waiter who works the evening shift (it was an over-night trip and we were there at around 7:00 P.M. near the beginning of his shift), and he said that usually the chairs are just flipped or moved, nothing seemingly evil happens. The restrooms are another story. I was not the only one, and experienced some bone-chilling things in their. In one trip to the restroom, my friend and I were fixing our makeup and looking down. Just then, I looked up and saw a man. As soon as I saw him, I screamed and he vanished. My firend didn’t seem him and was like “What!?!?!?”

yes the spaghetti warehouse is haunted….things mostly only occur during night…i always go to the toc bar (club)right across the street from it..and i will never park in the parking lot of the warehouse..of course everyone wont experience something so if u are one of those ppl who have been there but didnt see anything unusual dont go around saying that its not haunted..and too everyone that says ” why would a murder happen in a restaurant?” well duh murders happen anywhere and everywhere!!

The building is very old….it was something else before it was an italian restaraunt.

I’m from Houston and I just wanted to say that the very first comment by Michael left on 9-30-2005 really surprised me because I actually got a picture of a blue ball of haze in the upstairs dining area next to a big picture of some guy. I didn’t really believe the stories, but right before I took the picture I said “come out, come out where ever you are,” joking around, and that is the only picture that shows anything. This happened about two weeks ago.

I just wanted to say that I truely believe in ghosts and that I am a student at UHD which is directly behind the Spaghetti Warehouse(SW) on the other side of the bayou; And that my classmates and I are doing a project on “Are Ghosts Real?” So we decided to go down and take a lil walk to the SW. This was at around 9pm and there were 6 of us, 4 girls, 2guys…the girls all believers and the guys both skeptics. We had an EMF(Electric Magnetic Field) reader and a voice recorder with us on our trip. As soon as we walked up the steps our EMF was off the charts, beeping like crazy! we searched for a source but could not find one. We walked in to the dark entrance way and still off the charts, still no source. The hostest was happy to take us on a tour and told us of all the stories. People being seen in the mirrors but when they turn around no one is there, the previous owner falling down the elevator shaft and dying which is now where the womens restroom is on the 1st floor.(CREEPY) And the story of the wife roaming around on the second floor around the huge picture on the left wall towards the back. We also took digital pictures everywhere. I do want to say that some EMF’s could be explained while others could not. Also when we went to the second floor we all felt a very heavy feeling…like weighing us down. Almost like waking out in to 100% humidity…if you live in Houston you know how this feels…almost sufficating. But we trucked on and went to the basement which is very well lit and not at all the “basement feel”. We did take one more trip back upstairs to take more pics and when we turned to leave and started walking by the trolley the sound of silverware startled the laggers we all ran back…but there was no silverware…no anyone else up there to have made such a noise….weird. We still have to check the pics out for any shadows or orbs, and the voice recorder for any EVP’s (Electronic Voice Phenomenoms) and then we shall see if the rumors hold up. We plan on going back tomorrow to see again if anything happens. One last note…the believers became skeptics and the skeptics became believers…until next time.

That building is part of the old Allen’s Landing. I spent a LOT of time there during the 70’s and never heard of any kind of haunting. I think maybe this story started after it became a restaurant, maybe someone thought the place needed some hype.
