Real Haunted House

USS Sullivans

Buffalo, New York

During World War Two, five brothers in the navy were stationed on the USS Juneau. When the ship sank, all five brothers perished to a water grave. Some time later, the Navy commissioned the USS Sullivans. The ship was mothballed and later brought to Buffalo, New York for permanent residence. It is said that George Sullivan roams about below the docks looking for his brothers who were trapped below the Juneau when it sank.

i have been to delaware road in clarence and that road is sure as hell haunted. Ive been there in the day and night multiple times and its scary as hell no matter when you go. i personally have seen the old man standing on the side of the road with his lantern and when i drove closer to him he disappeared into the woods and he had a little girl with him. random stuff happens in the woods like no cell phone service or my flashlight will just randomly shut off. I dont know why this road is haunted but it def. is. i can confirm that the battleships are haunted too i havnt seen or heard anyting there personally but i have close friends who have. I LOVE BUFFALO!

Yes! The Sullivans ship is haunted. I used to work there as a painter, back in the early 90’s. I was painting the tourest lines on the floor and I heard someone walking towards me, so I look up thinking it was my boss and no one was there and I asked is there anyone there and no answer. So I got up and looked around, the hair on my neck and arms stood up, I was gone. But me and my co-workers would laugh because we still had to work on the ship, and if anything happened we would say knock it off George.

i used to do security at marine drive apartments. when i had to work overnights. pretty wild stuff would happen on the ship. mostly in the winter. when i would be on patrol, i would see sombody in the bridge of the ship. i would get calls from the residents, sayin there were people on the ship. when we got over there nobody. all locked up. i know a few local paranormal teams have done some hunts on there and found some stuff.

Some of these events are easy to explain. When I was in Boy Scouts in the 80s our troop ‘camped’ on the Little Rock. Everyone had to pull a fire safety shift during the night… of course there were designated area you had to patrol and areas that you were ’supposed’ to stay out of….. Teen boys, cool ship, no one around to yell at you if you went exploring in the night, flahlights. That was adventure!
