This story depicts nothing but an awful stereotype about witches. The term “witch” is a broad term. Rituals & traditions vary depending on what tradition a witch happens to follow. I happen to be a witch, a mom, and a wife and I can assure u that I’ve never sacraficed any animal or human…or plant for that matter. Most witches focus on POSITIVE energy and surrounding themselves with positve things and people. I also want to add that I do not have a wart on my nose, and am unable to fly with a broomstick.

I have several friends that are witches. Let me as you, how does one know that he or she is a christian? It’s a personal choice that they make.

For sometime now, there has been an ongoing debate ; one said states that witches are evil, wicked, devilish creatures that should simply be distroyed… the other states that witches are too often painted in a poor light and that the stereotypes of wicked witches and ghoulish green women only serves to further darken the “true” nature of witchcraft. Personally, I would choose to believe that there is good and evil in all of us, that these incidents could and most likely have happened, that there is an undenyable darkness associated in the concept of an inner attainable power…. so Rachel, as much as you would like to think all witches are good, and as much as i wish all people are good, the simple truth remains, these things do happen… and this story; however improbable, is possible
